Chryssi Akti, Sure Hotel Collection

The staff, front desk, beach/bar servers, incredible. The breakfast was perfect. They offered beach towels, umbrellas and chairs. Location is excellent in Batsi.

Of course, once you offer beach loungers there will be patrons that take advantage. They lock up their loungers and do not come back for many hours. I know it’s hard but maybe the staff could remove items after a period of time so the patrons that want to use loungers have the opportunity. Would be nice if rooms had wash cloths for showering. I suggest bring your own or buy a bath sponge at “market” located to the left of the resort.

The location was awesome, right in front of beach. The staff were absolutely wonderful and accommodating.

The breakfast was a little generic. It would have been nice to have fresh watermelon and melons.

The staff are excellent - eager to assist in any way that you need them to. The location is very convenient and we enjoyed the breakfast which is included.

The hotel charged extra for iced coffees for breakfast. I am not sure that this makes sense!

Very clean, comfortable and modern with great breakfast. Right across from the beach with free beach beds.

The location is unbeatable, it's right on the breach front with beech towels available every day. The staff are all very friendly and attentive and never took long for drinks to arrive when on the beach.

All staff from cleaners to front desk to food/bar were so friendly/helpful. Included breakfast for a fee was awesome - scrambled/over easy eggs, different types of breads/crackers, cheeses, veggies, plain greek yogurt bowls with granola/honey, tea/coffee machine, pancakes, assorted pastries, and more. Great location - beach right across the way with free lounge chairs and towels, walking distance from many restaurants, and bus stops at the hotel. 2 hiking routes can be found near this hotel - route 16 and route 11

Everything was great. Exceptional hotel right by the beach. Good food and comfortable, clean rooms. Fantastic stuff.

Chryssi Akti Hotel is in a perfect picturesque location opposite the beach in Batsi. There is an excellent team of staff who are friendly, welcoming and courteous, and always available to help with a smile. A delicious and plentiful breakfast is provided each morning. We loved our stay at Chryssi Akti.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike.

The location was centrally located to several cafes and restaurants. Had a beautiful beach with plenty of lounges and palapas. Breakfast had many choices and was delicious and plentiful. The staff were absolutely charming and helpful especially the two Maria's at the front desk.

There was nothing we didn't like

Its proximity to the beach which was lovely for swimming. The incredibly helpful staff. Nothing was too much to ask. The comfy beds. Good bathrooms. Cleanliness. Good breakfasts. Reasonable price. Perfect location to the restaurants for delicious evening meals.

The beach! Hotel has a private beach with abundant longer chairs and parasols. There is also a beach bar. All the staff were friendly and competent, especially Maria K and Maria S who went out their way to make sure that everything was perfect.We rented a car from a gentleman named Piros.It was far from being new and shiny but it was in perfect mechanical condition.

The public WC at the lobby level needs an upgrade.

Our room could have been a bit bigger

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Nikos, the barista, was great. The sun lounges perfectly located. It’s a lovely walk into town for dinner. I loved the clothesline!

The hotel is in an excellent location, and the breakfast provided a great start to the day. The hotel has one of the most wonderful staff we have encountered. In the service business, people make a difference; they always go beyond what is expected. Our room was okay and cleaned every day during our stay. The service at the beach was a great option, which we enjoyed during our stay.

The only bad thing was to check out :(

We had an amazing stay at a wonderful hotel!The hotel is stylish and spotlessly clean. The facilities were great - the pool is refreshing with comfy bean bags all around it. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach is right on the doorstep and sunloungers are free for hotel guests. You can order drinks right to your Sun lounger, and the beach is beautiful with a clear sea!The breakfast was great - lots of choice and everything was delicious! We ate lunch a couple of times at the hotel and everything we had was really good. The cocktails are also excellent and very reasonably priced. The location is amazing - right in Batsi town which is great. There are lots of restaurants and bars and the town has a really authentic feel. Finally, the staff at the hotel are WONDERFUL. Everyone from reception, the bar and restaurant staff and the cleaners couldn’t do enough for us and were just so kind.We had an amazing week and will most DEFINITELY be back. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone!

The staff is accommodating, breakfast was excellent. The pool had a serenity feel and maintained well. Hotel was modern with a cozy atmosphere.

Everything was perfect!

The location was superb and the facilities were great. We particularly enjoyed the free sun beds and beach towels supplied by the hotel.The staff were really helpful particularly Maria who organised a car hire for us and gave us recommendations for places to visit.We enjoyed the town of Batsi which gave us all we needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday.We would definitely recommend and hope to return before too long.
