Hotel Perrakis

Location perfect, super clean (the lady that was in charge of cleaning, is a gem), the view of the room amazing, the deck to have your morning coffee super. The restaurant has great Italian food and the private beach is the highlight! Parking always available! Best value for money i had in years despite trip/country!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Most of the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. This hotel is idea for people who don't want a lot of noise and crowds. Its situated alone - away from any of the towns - and has a beach with umbrellas just for guests. I wouldn't call it a private beach though because other people came and used it while we were there. Its a nice place to relax and get away - so if that's what you're looking for I'd def recommended it - esp as a value option

We came right at the beginning of the season - beginning to middle of May - and unfortunately most of the services were not available. The pool was being tiled, the restaurant wasn't open for much of anything other than breakfast, and the massage staff wasn't available. We walked 15 min to the nearest restaurant and ordered delivery most days - which was fine - but we were really looking for a place where we could get everything at the hotel - so it was a little disappointing

BEAUTIFUL, clean property, great location and beach. Fantastic views. Close to Batsi village, 30-40 minutes to Chora. We loved this hotel.

The view is spectacular! The hotel is decorated simply and tastefully. Everyone working there is friendly and helpful. Planning to visit again in September/October when the water has warmed up.

I liked the view, the great balcony from where I could admire the seascape, and the lovely room.

Breakfast was poor and overpriced. They don't serve bread with continental plate but some awful and dry "friganies" with no taste at all. The yogurt and fruits bowl is also overpriced like all other choices they give you for breakfast.

We went a bit out of season so nothing was open. However it was only a 10 minute E8 ride to the nearest town which was great. Hotel has a Free Beach with parasols

Great access to the beach with free sunbeds. Great pool. Nice large rooms with a spacious balcony. Excellent breakfast.

Shame about the restaurant being closed for dinner but a limited menu was available as bar snacks.

Incredible experience. The friendliest of staffs. The view and location to die for. I would recommend this facility to any and all my friends who travel from the US to Greece.

The only thing that I would make the friendliest of suggestions would be to install screens on the sliding balcony doors and perhaps update the air conditioners as I was not sure if the airconditioner in my room was working.

Hotel Perrakis was perfect for our stay on AndrosIt was very clean and comfortable and the location was great The staff were very friendly and helpful The hotel had its own beach with sun lounges and umbrellas which was a bonusI would definitely recommend this hotel

Sometimes the car noise from the main road

Ground floor was noisy from foot fall above, luggage and furniture moving.

- Nice sea view- Spacious room - Bed was comfortable - Surprisingly delicious dishes at hotel’s restaurant.

- Rooms need a major update, especially the bathroom. Bathroom curtain was filthy- Air-condition unit was old and the air coming out of it had a smell- The fridge in the room couldn’t keep water bottles cold enough.

The staff... simply amazing! The view, right in front f the beach, exactly as the photos show. What an amazing sunset!The location, just a few minutes by car away from the port of Gavrio.

It is not that I didn't like something, just bear in mind that if you go off season, most of the services won't be available, like the restaurant and swimming pool, which are closed.Nevertheless, whenever I asked for a nice Greek coffee in the morning, I got it with a smile.this is probably why I cannot give a 5 star experience, as I couldn't experience it all :)

16 euro for very average breakfast and wanted 4 eu for additional coffee...very disappointing.

The beach is right below the hotel with free beds for hotel guests. Restaurants are a very quick taxi right away, the hotel itself has a very nice bar, a nice restaurant, a beach bar and a lovely pool. Rates are fantastic, rooms are very comfortable and all basic amenities are provided. Staff is incredibly friendly. If you're on the islands to do beaches and restaurants, this is a perfect place for you
