Amazing beautiful and fun hotel not cheap. Great stuff and beach. Very Clean. Fun Waterpark for kids

- food was excellent - the personnel was very friendly and helpful- the waterpark is great for the kids- beautiful white decor inside the hotel- a lot of swimming pools and available sun beds- the view from the dining and bar area was breathtaking (you can see Zakynthos, Kefalonia and Ithaki- room was spacious - bar area offered a large variety of drinks/coctails

- the bathroom needs some maintenance (the grout and the mixers)

The absolute best thing was the service. The staff were so incredibly doting and detail oriented. We can’t thank them enough. Our stay was unforgettable. The facilities were beautiful and pristine, the breakfast was superb and always very fresh, and the evening activities were great fun for the whole family.

We wish the workers quarters were more appealing for the wonderful people who work there. And we wish the Whatsapp booking for activities and restaurants were a little more clear (there was a small mixup when we were there).

The garden, the beach, evening entertainment, good food with very high variety, aqua park, beach, sea and pools view.

Room was clean but not perfectly, a bit outdated and not very well maintained, pools had sand, stained towels in the rooms, lack of sufficient towels for the beach.

We loved the resort and the grounds which are steps away from the spectacular warm ocean. The food was exceptional, the breakfast plentiful, varied and truly something for everybody’s needs. I can’t say enough to describe adequately the service which was amazing. The hosts and hostesses were outstanding and so very friendly. The grounds, ocean and and variety of services was superb! If I could give the Grecotel la Riviera six stars I would!

From the beginning the communication with them was not good, they hardly answer the messages, they don't respond and you have to send several messages in a row to get a response.The general feeling is that they are trying to take more and more money from you for minor things, so it is better to ask questions in advance and get clear answers because at the reception when you arrive they can tell you different things than what they wrote.The meals were not as varied as it should be in a 5 star hotel (I would rate the hotel 4 stars).At dinner there were no drinks at all! During the rest of the meals there was water, orange juice and other juices but in the evening they took everything and forced us to pay for water which should be an integral part of the meal we paid for!There wasn't even tap water - every drink requires payment and it ruined the experience especially when there are small children!.We were told at reception that there were no complaints about mosquitoes but there were a lot of them.Noises in the room during the whole day and especially at night, noises that disturb sleep.In the toddlers' swimming pool there is a large gap between the floor and the beginning of the pool - a baby can accidentally fall there if his foot gets stuck in the gap

The breakfast was amazing. The staff through were very attentive to our needs. Especially the staff members making up our rooms. Rooms 1522 & 1523. Everything about our stay was amazing and we will definitely be returning with our families!

We liked the area and the sandy beach. However, the full experience was not personalized and there was a lot of mass tourism.

The astonishing beach. The big bed. The fun waterslides.The Grecogarden bio tour. Most employees (except a few grumpy ones) where very joyfull and polite.

Dirty pools and the hotels (aquapark was clean).Most employees didn't know the asmwers to simple question about their facilities, activities etc.

Wet sand at the beach. Pesonnel always friendly and ready to help, only they help this ship floating. Aquapark, artificial river. Region where hotel is placed.

Everything old, hotel requires capital reconstruction.All of us are travelling to the seaside in summer, the most important is sea, access to it and infrastructure. Main road to the sea from the hotel is about 2.5 m width, once you walk to the sea you suddenly find 2 tables with chairs blocking the walkway, in the remaining 80cm of width in the middle is installed a column which holds shadow element of these tables, therefore you should somehow avoid the obstacles, moving in a line one after another if you are a group of people, this creates discomfort.Beginning of June (beginning of season) some of natural material shading elements at the beach where already damaged, during two weeks presence nobody fixed them.Aquapark with cracks in vane as underwater as well on the perimeter, since the grass is growing from this craks it happenned some time ago. Pieces of blue paint can be found floating in kids the area. Some years after use, ussually the paint gets off what basically happened.Havent seen anybody taking measurement of water quality in any of the pools, when in other hotels hourly personnel checks water quality adding chemicals to keep water bacteria in sanitary levels.We were trying to stay full time at the beach, coming in morning and leaving in the evening. During lunch we left our cloths at the beach and went to lunch in the restaurant close to river, in 2h we were back and 2 out of 4 our places were taken by a Greek family since they came in a group of more than 10 people which wanted to stay together, our cloths were left a side. Staff - 2 persons saw the situation which was caused and could at least invite the administrator to solve the conflict or make an observation that they don't have right to touch other people personal things but nobody intervine.Main canteen (restaurant) selection of food is poor with below mid quality during lunch and dinner. Breakfast was more or less ok on the quality. Main canteen-restaurant about 3 times overpriced.

The overall territory and outdoor facilities were great

1) The rooms are very old, the bathroom is rusty and overall the indoor facilities are poorly maintained . 2) The staff servicing the restaurants and bars don’t know what they have in the menu or don’t know what ingredients the food has. Most of them don’t have basic knowledge of English and it can take up to 20 minutes to order basic things such as sparkling water . 3) The room service is so slow that it took them 1.5 hours to deliver towels and water to the room. 4) The hotel has buggy service but it is disappointing because you ask for a buggy at the reception but when it comes the driver asks to disembark because he is not planning to drive to that side of the resort .Overall, the service , the facilities and the staff doesn’t match to the wonderful territory they have and clearly they dont fit to 5 star hotel . Have been to more than 50 5 star hotel over the world , this one is clearly the worst , They need huge renovation and change of staff , otherwise they are a 3-4 star hotel .

Excellent food- excellent stuff - a lot of benefits for kids. And of course amazing waterpark

Too far from Athens (the main transportation hub), difficult to get there if you have no car.

Staff was very polite apart from one gentleman that he was mot very helpful. Food was very nice and the aqua part great.

The view and the location is unique

The rooms . many parts of the buildings and pools were poorly maintained. It was definitely not a five star accommodation. Also there was a plastic pipe that ended in the beachfront were a Grey smelly water was poured in the see.
