Pros +
- The bar, breakfast, the beach
- It was our second stay in King Saron after a long time. The hotel territory is green and beautiful. Rooms are convenient, the sea view from the rooms is magnificent. The hotel is located in a quiet place. The pool is nice and clean, the beach is also clean, one might need special shoes to enter the sea because of the pebbles. The breakfast offers a big variety of dishes. The staff is friendly. Rooms are cleaned daily while you’re having breakfast without any delays. The hotel is French oriented so all the entertainments are in French.
- Staff is really awesome (Stefano is the best), the rooms were nice, large, and clean - plus our rooms had a nice balcony with an amazing view. Beach and pool area are really nice, food in beach area is wonderful; and breakfast in the main dining room offers everything you need. All in all, it meets all expectations!
Cons -
- Lots of smokers everywhere, in the cafe, on the balconies, it’s a shame not to be able to enjoy the balcony view and freshness of the sea breeze because of the smoking troglodytes.
- Dinner (Buffet) is nice and very affordable, but the quality is not top notch (We would pay more for an elevated quality), the service staff is mixed, some are really nice, some not so - but it was the end of the season...also, much of the food/programs etc. are geared towards the large French community using this hotel as an all-inclusive resort.
- The room was not properly clean and the air conditioning was not operating right. The ceiling was dripping.

Isolated
The room was not properly clean and the air conditioning was not operating right. The ceiling was dripping.
Great location.
Late pool party... stopped at 11 pm loud and very Greek! Opah! It was Friday night after all.
The food is great
There are no descents to the sea with a wheelchair. I have to carry a baby and a stroller on foot. You also need to add beach sand, where there are sun beds. The most important thing is that the air conditioner in room 505 is sooo bad. We need to do something about it.
Excellent facilities, and the personnel were really nice everywhere (Reception, Restaurant, Pool, Bar.We were amazed that the pool has salty water. The ladies who are responsible for this Spa and Massage services are wonderful.
If I had to mention something, it would be the small elevators
This hotel has great outdoor space and facilities, it’s right on the beach, has sea water pool, breakfast was good
The hotel itself has outdated elevators and air conditioning system. Staff is not properly trained, only cater to French speaking customers, basic manners are lacking.
The handicap room with walking in shower was awesome. The Jacuzzi tub was a nice bonus. The staff was excellent, especially Demetrius, who I believe was the kitchen manager.
Large facility with beautiful grounds. The bartender was a hoot! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good.
Part of the hotel was under construction so it was noisy by the water and that limited areas to relax. Only one restaurant open plus the bar. The nightly buffet was very expensive. We opted for a la carte from the bar instead.
Friendly staff at the reception and restaurant. We were given a larger and better room than the one we had booked, which was a pleasant surprise. The garden is beautiful and lush, with direct access to the beach, where sunbeds and hammocks are available. The breakfast was really good and varied every day. Great base for exploring the Corinth Canal, Ancient Corinth, Mycenae, or the theater in Epidaurus — having your own car is highly recommended. Daily room cleaning was also a plus.
Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the water temperature in the pools — it was extremely cold, even in the kids' pool and the small jacuzzi area. The sea water was actually warmer. The children's playground looks like something straight out of the 1980s — a bit of an embarrassment by today’s standards, unless you're feeling nostalgic about your own childhood slides. There was no à la carte restaurant available, so you couldn’t grab a light snack during the day. Only lunch and dinner were offered, both in buffet form and only at specific times.Despite what was mentioned in the hotel description, there were no pedal boats or kayaks to rent. The kids' animation activities were only available for a very limited time each day. A playroom with continuous access would have been much more useful. The sea view includes a significant industrial zone in the distance with many cargo ships — it’s not disturbing, but it does spoil the idyllic atmosphere a bit.The hotel clearly caters primarily to French tourists traveling with TUI on an all-inclusive package. International guests seem to be treated as second-tier customers. All entertainment was in French, and there was no clear signage — even for basic things like whether coffee and tea at the bar were available for everyone or just all-inclusive guests. We also had a negative experience with one of the kids' club animators, which fortunately led to a constructive conversation with hotel management.
Comfortable bed, location only few k off main highway and 1 hour from airport, friendly staff, good breakfast
The room was nice bed was comfy and the cats are really cute
The lobby bar/restaurant near the reception was ok in terms of decor/atmosphere. The best thing, I think, is that the hotel has areas that I wouldn't even use on a one-night stopover: the pool area and the beach.
Judging by the room, the hotel cannot be a four-star hotel. The room had a "cheap" feel to it, and was dreary. The room had no amenities whatsoever.
The air condition didn't work and we couldn't sleep all night. We complained but...nothing. and did not offer us any compensation. The hotel is on a nice beach, full of families and nice breakfast.
Air condition did not work and impossible to be in the room.
The hotel is lovely and clean, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the sea view was great. The staff was very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The pool is fantastic and so is the beach, very soft and clear. There are also a playground, a Tennis court, and lots of garden space. It was full and yet peaceful and quiet.
I could use more vegetables at the breakfast buffet :)The beach bar was under construction so there were not yet showers / bathroom available by the beach but seems like it's going to be a very nice one when it's done. No nets for the balcony.Location - beautiful but you need a car for anything, restaurants/supermarket, etc. They do offer lunch and dinner as well as a bar menu, but for dinner we drove to Loutraki.
Beautiful place, lots of things to do, good food.
There is no mention anywhere in the booking or site that the spa or boats are not available or open yet.The room was very hot, the AC not working well so had to keep the door open .
Excellent value for money. Clean large room. Modern bathroom. Delicious breakfast. Staff very helpful, espyas we arrived late due to delayed plane.
Location. Clean rooms. Seafront facilities. Breakfast food choice.
Most receptionists very good, especially Stefanis. One reception just said no to every request and didn’t sort anything out. E.G. electric kettle, extension lead, missing toiletries,
I booked this hotel for a late arrival into Athens from an overseas flight because it was a good value and said it had aircon. Upon arriving after midnight and checking in we went to the room and it was hot. We tried to turn on the aircon but only heat was coming out. We called the front desk and they said because it’s kinda cool out they don’t turn on the aircon and bc they are trying to be more “Green”. If I paid for a room with aircon that you advertised I want the option to use it. We had to sleep with the door open to patio and were hot all night and the sun made the room a furnace in the morning when we were trying to sleep in so we woke up early and started off our Greek vacation exhausted. The rest of the property was average but the staff was nice.
