Pros +
- This is a 1960's hotel that has only been partially updated
- Our stay at Wyndham Loutraki was excellent. The hotel offers comfort, elegance, and true hospitality. Everything was clean and well-maintained, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. A special mention to the General Manager, whose professionalism and personal attention made our experience truly outstanding. Congratulations to the entire team!
- Quiet location with friendly staff
Cons -
- The air conditioning in the room was not working. If it was on, we were freezing. The technician who came to fix it did not know anything about solving the problem. The 60+ year-old thermostat was not working and needed replacement.
- Outdated facilities. Place needs a makeup
- The lobby of the executive rooms is empty. It would be nice having a reception there since the main reception is far and on a different building.

Quiet location with friendly staff
Outdated facilities. Place needs a makeup
We were a family and took three rooms. It was a pleasant stay, beautiful beach that’s nice for swimming and snorkeling. The hotel location is close to the center of loutraki (5min drive). The stuff were amazing, they offered us a very late check since we had a flight rescheduling.
The lobby of the executive rooms is empty. It would be nice having a reception there since the main reception is far and on a different building.
The room and the beach and how nice and accommodating the staff was specially Dimitri at the deception, Panaoti driving the buggy and Mina making the best coffee at the pool bar!
Nothing!
Definitely not i 5* star proffessionalism more like
Really disappointed with the cleaning i found blood on the bedsheets I immediately informed the resection and provided me with new. When i checked out they said how sorry they are i told then that this was my first time i ever have found anything like this again they where really sorry about my experience and charge me extra 4.50€ for i coffee that i had ?
We were originally booked at the Wyndham Resort, but as it hadn’t opened for the season, we were moved to their sister hotel, Club Casino Loutraki, at the same rate. Although this hotel is usually more expensive, it felt like a downgrade. It’s very outdated and caters mainly to mass tourism—groups passing through to visit local attractions or people coming for the casino. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, the foam mattresses got quite hot at night. The bathroom was spacious with a good shower. The buffet restaurant had a variety of food, but it was repetitive. The outdoor pool area felt neglected, with weeds and an overall tired appearance. The indoor spa and gym were nice, but the massage wasn’t worth the price. Overall, the hotel felt very impersonal and not somewhere I’d choose to stay again.
Great room, awesome views and very friendly stuff. Probably great place for a vacation during high season
Because of the low season some things looked like an abandoned war zone. Trash around sporting facilities, dust and all the equipment thrown around in the gym. Tennis courts full of trash and fences broken. They had one broken tennis ball and it got lost by other guests so we drove to Corinth to buy new balls. I don't know if it's Greek style 5* experience or something was wrong. Spa didn't work. Saunas didn't work. All the pools were closed.Had to clean and reorganise the gym by myself cause the stuff couldn't do it during our four days stay. Many things broken and looked tired. As a conclusion we got a free dinner and left happily. But still why do you share false information dear Booking.com?
This resort is like a little village with restaurants, bar and outdoor and indoor pool. It comes with a gym with a nice bath which was closed during the winter. The many facilities offer opportunities for meetings and gathering.
There was a conference with lots of families and they also took their kids. One of them was so loud and kept us up through the night. WE asked them for compensation which we did not receive.
Room was fine. The bed was comfortable. Reception ladies nice. Cleaning staff all very friendly.
I usually dont bother leaving bad reviews but I can't understand how this is a 5 star. + a low 3 star hotel ...so far away from a 5 star. + The reception is depressing+ They give you tatty scratchy yellow colored towels at reception+ buffet dinner was truly shocking, arrived 10 mins after it started and it was congealed cheese on burgers didn't stay to eat it. Smell of cleaning products everywhere+ Indoor Pool area was worst leisure facilities ever seen for a supposed 5 star. It's like a cheap leisure center + Tv screen had that cracked color lines that used to be on TV's in the 90s we didn't even bother complaining as we just thought why bother+ ladder to sea needs to be longer + Hotel was very quiet I can't imagine how depressing this hotel must be when packed+ No staff even checks anyone in or greets anyone at breakfast its like they know how bad it isThe price was 130 so we should have known and once we pretended it was a 3 star and ate dinner elsewhere it was fine. But truly I have no idea how they could possibly have a 5 star rating.
Perfect staff. Nice beach. Great territory
Sound isolation could be better. Off season - not many facilities operating
Really friendly staff, beautiful location, quiet and peaceful.
Location, the private beaches, the nature, the big and modern room
Breakfast was plentiful, but in some certain fiids it lacked tge quality and taste.
It’s a beautiful setting, lots of room, ideally situated if u to our want to visit Loutraki. It must have been a nice facility 50 years ago.
Buildings are run down, AC was horrible; we had a choice of not sleeping ( because it was so noisy) or roasting (turning it off so we could sleep). The guy who led us to our rooms was just plain rude. You can tell there hasn’t been a dollar invested in this place for about 30 years.Think of the old, run down Ramada places in the US and you’ll have an accurate picture. My family and I have been coming to Loutraki since we discovered the monastery of Osios Patapios a couple years back…we couldn’t wait to get out of this place.Definitely won’t be going back.
Nice staff, except the manager who.was in his own reality. Hands up for the hard work of the restaurant staff.
The resort has been taken over by French tour operator Fram. They are everywhere with their animators, mostly at the swimming pool, with their microphones, music, activities. Impossible to relax, neither to swim at certain times.
Very nice resort with plenty to offer for all ages - great location and private beaches
It is a little bit dated but still in good condition
The private beach is definitely a big asset . Very nice location and grounds . The room was spacious and well designed Very nice staff and always willing to help and attend .
There is no mosquito net on windows . The TV did not work because the previous guest must have jeopardized it . we dont watch TV si it was not a big problem for us but still. This was an expensive room and we believe there should be a separate breakfast area for the premium rooms as it is not fair to be with the crowded all inclusive guests who pay a fraction of the price . The breakfast selection is very good though.
It was the second time I visited the hotel. Congratulations to the General Manager and his team. Everyone is so kind and helpful that makes our stay memorable. From the reception to the restaurant and bars you can see only friendly staff who smiles and gives you everything you ask! Keep up the good job Wyndham Loutraki, we will be back soon!!
Pillows are too hard. Room is dated. Toilet paper is terrible. Wifi is spotty. Breakfast is great.
The pillows, the dated rooms, the toilet paper.
Fabulous location
They fooled us and gave us a much smaller room than the one we paid for (supposedly 35 sq. meters). Too expensive. Not worth it. Service very poor, food average. They did not even bother to clean the room during our stay!! Only changed the towels. They should not even get a 3 star rating
