Dave by the Beach Loutraki

The hotel has an excellent location, one block from the beach, restaurants, bars, etc.

Located in one of the busiest areas of Loutraki, parking is challenging

nice small hotel. rooms are clear and nicely decorated.

there is no parking available near the hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location close to beach, shops, restaurants. Quiet considering it is on a busy part of town. Rooftop offers great views of town mountains and sea.

Parking is free street parking , a little challenging to find a spot.

The shower did not drain, made the whole floor full of water. The baby cot didn’t have a mattress on it, instead they put a blanket (which is a dangerous thing for a baby to sleep on).

The bed was very comfortable. Also room pretty clean, Everything else was mediocre.

It was a nightmare to find a parking and we wasted a lot of time on this and finally parked very far from the hotel during all 3 evenings.

The stuff was really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, it lies only 50m form the beach. There is a really good restaurant across of the hotel, where we got the breakfast, where the food was also really tasty ! From the rooftop there is a nice view to the sea and to the hills. The room was good, the bed was comfortable, the AC has worked well.

The shower was very good and the main bed was good. The location was excellent.

There were many steps to climb to the reception area - 14 or 15 if I remember correctly. There was no balustrade which made it difficult to go up or downstairs, particularly for my mother who is 89 and walks with a walker/chair due to bad leg. People staying at the hotel would offer to help my mother but the staff did not offer even once. They didn’t even grab any of her bags or show any concern. The 2nd bed, supposedly a pull out sofa was like sleeping on the floor. It was hard as a rock. One of the female staff members who I met on the 1st day of my arrival and checked me in was lovely, helpful and polite but another lady who was at reception on my check out was very rude and kept on ignoring my request to allow me to fix up the bill so I could just leave because at this stage I was very agitated with her. I told her to needed to leave but she kept making phone calls. She was not even aware of how many nights I stayed and what type of room. There was a man who also worked at reception that was condescending and rude. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, primarily because of this receptionist and the stair situation. Actually, they would have a ramp to get up the stairs for your suitcases.

No luggage ramp so had to lift all luggage’s up the stairs

Loved the roof top, the location and the staff were so helpful. Really comfy beds and and good value rooms with balconies. Great grill restaurant over the road too!

The shower in the bathroom was a little worn and could use freshening up. But it was generally clean so didn't cause any problems Only other minor suggestion would be some light shades on the bedside lights as they are a little bright.

Excellent location, just 2 minutes away from the sea, comfy room and central location!

The Bathroom could have been cleaned better, as there were signs of used wc not cleaned properly.

The rooms were well designed with large bed & a nice balcony which offered privacy on either side.

There was no parking at the property so we had to bring all our luggage from the municipality car park.

This was our second time in Loutraki and Dave by the beach. We love this place, the hotel is clean, interior design is cool and the rooms have everything you need while the location is superb. On the rooftop/terrace you have a nice view where you can relax in the evening.The hotel staff is lovely, while receptionist Machi went above and beyond for us to have the best possible holiday - so thank you Machi <3

The receptionist on the day we arrived was really kind and helpful.

We went to one of the receptionists the day before leaving and told her that the room had not been cleaned. She refused to clean the room. Her unprofessionlism and rude attitude towards us were unacceptable.

I want to thank arondmachi for her service The room is small but very nice. Very clean design &deco modern , clean & pleasant. good location to the beach & restaurants.

It doesn't have parking space so took us a long time to find one.
