Grand Olympic Hotel Loutraki

Location was absolutely great. Easy to reach rest of my co-travelers and sea side restaurants/cafes were very close by. And especially my favorite ice cream place and best sweets shop were all around the corner :)

Parking is pretty tough to find spot but then again it's the same all over the area. Had to park about 1km away. Bathroom was subpar. 1st day it was smelling of chlorine but then it was ok. Shower is inconvenient, couldn't point water stream at myself since it has fixed hanger. Had to hold shower handle in my hand all the time.

The location was great. Team were lovely and helpful.

Lack of parking in Loutraki and around this hotel is a negative. Our room was at the back of the hotel and it was very noisy

Nice location near the beach and restaurants. Value for money.

Noice outside on a Saturday morning. The streets are busy.No balcony, only a window with street view.

Great location and the hotel cozy and clean. Everything was near and the beach was very beautiful! People were very friendly, too! We will definitely visit again!

Excellent small hotel, completely renovated and updated, excellent beds, excellent staff, central convenient location, close to spa, cafes and restaurants. Price was very competitive during May. Overall perhaps the top small boutique hotel in Loutraki.

Amazing and spacious room with great view!

There was construction work right under our window and made it hard to relax! Also I saw no room service during me 3 day stay, nor did we got new towels or sheets

Comfy and huge beds, also they provided nice cot for a baby. view to the street is also a great mountain view. Descent breakfast- coffee, tea, croissants, cheese, ham, sausages, boiled eggs. Really nice hotel. Absolutely recommended! Staff is very polite and helpful.

the property was poorest than we expected..facilities was super old..was not even hot water..checked in at 3am and left the morning!!..very bad experience

The location

Misleading details online. Upon arrival I did not believe the standards were to the expectations. I explained at reception that I would be checking out. The lady said we would have to be charged for the one night but should be able to get the other two nights refunded. Which I accepted. To date over a month on I have contacted them directly and had no response. Which is poor customer service from a hotel, who supposedly pride themselves on providing great service. The lack of response is disgraceful. Avoid at all costs as if there is an issue with your stay and you depart. You will not get a response whatsoever.

The hotel is super comfortable, the location is amazing and the staff are so accommodating.

The wifi was bad, it kept on losing connection. The shower took a while to get hot and was quite weak.

The bathroom had a shower with a curtain and in general, it wasn't clean enough. The balcony was on the street side and too small and not enough for two persons. I would not recommend the Street-Side room We also booked another room with a sea view and the bathroom was good and the view great!

Such a lovely hotel right next to the beach. The room is spacious enough and very clean. Bed is comfortable. The staff were really kind and accommodating. They even upgraded my room with a sea view. Everything is near by. You can also get a discount from the hotel for the Thermal Bath. Recommend this hotel.

No parking so sometime it was hard to find a parking place within the town centre.

the property has simple rooms but very clean. it is right by the beach and in the middle of all the restaurants and cafes. The front desk gave us recommendations and were very attentive.

Breakfast was served from 8-10; I could not partake because I had to leave the hotel at 0730 for work each day.

Very noisy street if the room is on that side. Lack of parking place. It is not the fault of the hotel, but suggestion to anyone who has the problem with noice to make reservation of the unit with sea view for a small extra charge.
