Cons -

Each year we come to Europe and have regularly stayed at Campaniles. However, each one we have visited recently seem to be badly in need of refurbishment and modernisation. This means a declining sense of value and we'll certainly be actively looking at alternatives rather than automatically booking Campanile.
The rudest front desk clerk I’ve ever had the misfortune to encounter. I’ll never go back.
