FastHôtel Mont de Marsan - Un Hôtel FH Collection

Ann-marie on reception was lovely, helpful and her English was better than my French. Rooms are a little tired and smelled a little damp but otherwise good value with plenty shops nearby.

Late check in with reception only open at certain times. I had to sit in my car and McDonalds next door (not so bad!) Waiting to check in.

Staff were excellent. Room a little dated, but great value for money for the price. Not too far from the A65, great hotel to break the journey to Spain. Nice breakfast.

Location was perfect for us as it was on the access route into town. Restaurants were convenient. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, speaking numerous languages and genuinely interested in you. Breakfast very good.

Bath tub was tired looking.

It didn't meet our expectations. The photos did not correspond to what was found. Poorly ventilated rooms with a strong closed and damp smell. unpleasant situation. we had to go to another hotel and lose what we paid

The breakfast was good plenty to choose from and coffee refills no problem staff were very friendly and helpful

Staff were very pleasant and the room was as expected, clean but a little cramped.

Room had a kettle but no cups!

Car parking was free and there was a bistro attacked to the hotel

The room was very tired and needed up dating. The shower and hand basin was in one room , the toilet was in another, not really acceptable to have to go from one to the other to wash your hands

Good choice of food and a good location which was very welcoming of our dog

The security light going on and off all night

Our room was cold when we arrived but the receptionist fixed it and went to the trouble of calling us in the room to make sure it was warm enough. Great Christmas decorations! We really appreciated being able to use the microwave in the lobby

Cramped and tired (but clean) looking room / bathroom. We found the bed too soft and uncomfortable, but that is subjective.

A small hotel with good food, great staff and a friendly, homely atmosphere.

It's a little bit out of town.

Very efficient personal check-in. Rooms are clean and bed and pillows very comfortable.

Rooms are somewhat dated and probably need a renovation soon.

Our room was good for a one night stay but we were hoping to be closer to the old city. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Great storage for our bikes.

The men fixing the water spoke english and helped us with the relocation to the other hotel.

The receptionist doesn't speak english, they had no water in the hotel and didn't let us know, so eventually we had to switch hotels.

The room was very small but spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed.

Room was good. Bed and shower were excellent Staff well spoken (English). Clean and tastefully presented. They might have a bar next year and that will be a plus. Mcdonalds quite literally next door.I enjoyed my stay on the way to Calais. Thankyou, merci beaucoup

A beer at the end of a long drive for me would have been nice, but that's it. Everything was really nice.
