Breakfast was minimal but expected for the price. Easy walking to other restaurants and enjoyed the common area.

I wasnt expecting much so there wasnt anything I was unhappy with.

Great place to stay in Mont de Marsan. Hôtel is clean and nice. Breakfast is nice with good products.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, comfortable bed, good breakfast. Automatic check-in worked well.

Check-in closes at 20:30, but machine worked well. A little bit out of town, with not many restaurants nearby.

Checking in on the outside screen can be stressful as it is a bit temperamental.

A good quality budget hotel which exceeded expectations. Excellent buffet breakfast, spotlessly clean and comfortable room. Beds and linen were good. Bathroom and shower very good. The bedrooms are small but perfect for a one night stopover. Secure parking was a definite bonus.

Unfortunately the drinks vending machine didn’t work but the receptionist kindly gave me a fruit juice. It is a shame there was no kettle or drinks in the room.

Very clean, very quiet, ample parking, reasonably priced, friendly and helpful staff.

Hangers for my garments were BAAAD!! No staff on duty after 6:00PMFood for breakfast needs to be improved.

We couldn't have wanted more from our overnight stay.Unfortunately we did not partake in breakfast as we had a very early start to continue our journey.

We would have liked a mat in the bottom of the shower as we found the shower floor rather slippery.

Close to motorway

Very difficult to check in out of hours because the credit card reader didn’t work

Cleaning was not done properly, internet connection was bad and it was too expensive for what the facility offered compared to other places that are more touristic and have more to offer.

Location not brilliant situated direct on a busy main road into central Mont de MarsanRequesting in advance for a room towards the rear of the property we were given a room on the road side.You can hear the road noise. More important was the very unfriendly evening girl at reception..awful and un helpful she did not even know the layout of rooms in the building and was very unfriendly.

Nothing really a dreadful place unless your working and need a quick clean bed for the night.

We arrived late at night after driving all day but the self entry system was easy to understand, the room was basic but had everything we need to collapse into bed and get a good nights sleep. Breakfast was very tasty and set us up for another day of driving.

No grab rail in shower.

The price was good and so was the breakfast

The registration was automated and during the visit the fire alarm went off causing a partial evacuation and loss of early morning sleep.

Like a prison. Will never stay in India budget France again

Arrived c2.30 pm. Everything closed . The machine would not accept my debit card ( never had a problem before). Tried buzzing them. No response. Tried ringing. No response. I went to the campanile

Air conditioning and fan in the bathroom did not work

We were on the road for 48h and this hotel is perfectly located for a 1 night sleepover. Room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was smaller in size, but totally fine for a couple of nights.

Computer said no, service desk horrible, skip the robots!

The check in robot did not work. I want personal contact! The service desk was horrible as it automatically disconnected the call within short time and could not get any support. Tried 8 times, took 30 minutes. I was tired and I got very angry & I wanted to smash the check in panel, as I did not get any support.I will not choose again. If you have a check in panel, I do NOT stay with the hotel.The bed sheet was synthetic and very sweaty.
