AC is not working.Carpet is disgusting.No eggs for breakfast.

Do not book this hotel!

They gave our room away as they said that it wasn’t booked with a credit card and they had no card details so we had to look for somewhere else to stay. I had my 11 year old daughter with me and we had been driving for 13 hours. I really hope I have not been charged for the room!

The bed was clean

The room smelt of stale cigarettes and the floor carpet was dirty with a phone SIM card lots of bits some large some small and it was sticky. The shelf beside the bed was covered is a Coca Cola sticky liquid which I had to clean. The main thing was the filthy dirty carpet and the horrible smell of the room like a druggies den.

There were hairs on the bed sheets, under the pillow and on the shower wall. This was disgusting.

Administrator in the evening shift

Cold radiators and no way to make them hot.. Was super cold, got to sleep in sweater. Breakfast should have started at 7.00 but started at 7.30, got to wait, morning personnel was late...Coffee machine was broken and took 40min to start... Candy machine took money, but did not got me a chocolate bar. Thankfully evening administrator helped me thats why score is 2/10, not 0/10.Design inside the room is very rugged, felt like a prison...

Bed was decent.

Dirty, smelly room. Very unsanitary! No staff around, apart from check in time. No breakfast the next morning and no reception staff to explain what was going on. We had to take our family to the nearest place for breakfast as they were all hungry and we were just waiting around.

I wouldn’t recommend this one at any price .

When we arrived there was no staff at reception. The self check in computer was down so we had to ring the helpline for an advisor to give us a room number and code for the door. When we got to the room, it hadn’t been cleaned. We called again and the next room was also dirty. They gave us a third room and there was only one pillow for two beds. Due to the other two rooms not being cleaned, we questioned whether this one had been or if they had just folded the duvets on the bed as they weren’t made. We won’t be staying here again.

It was cheap

Arrived at 3.30pm to be told no one could let us in until 5pm. The place looks abandoned from the outside. The room was dirty and the top bed still had a used vape box on it

The reception staff members are very attentive, polite, and helped us with all our doubts.

We stayed for 3 days and the room was not cleaned at all. The towels were also not changed, and as the room does not have a place to dry, they remained wet.

Lack of traffic / navigation signs, navigation device lefts you on the main road, but you have to drive 300m around to other street.

Extremely friendly staff, rooms were clean, the hotel is quiet, great value for the price paid. Breakfast had a lot of options.

Near to shops and restaurants. Near to autobahn.

No booking in machine (out of order) Nobody at the hotel. My receipt with door code and all my personal details were on open display for anyone to see in the entrance area. Other guests details were also there! not good security!

We received the room number and the access code before arrival. Check in super fast and we didn't have to stress to arrive on time.

It was too warm. I am surprised to have to mention, usually I have often cold but this location is very warm, even too much expecially at night.Pitty that they don't have family room. 3 person max.

Bed was comfy.

Located in middle of trading estate.Nowhere to walk to for food if you get there late.5 mins drive to nearest Burger King/KFC etc.Area didn't feel safe.

I liked the comfort of the bed and the shower was also great! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was also great.The bed was a type of bunk bed, there was a double bed on the bottom and a single bed above it, so three people could have used the room. It gave me and my friend the opportunity to get some self time without having to get away from each other which was honestly great

At first glance I thought 'where did we end up' but with entering it got better. The shower was literally a cabinet in the room, so if you would have traveled with male friends that would most likely be a bit of challenge.

Hard bed, noises from guests easily entered the room No way to find out who to call in case of guests breaking the rules of being quiet after 22 hours.

Clean place for a night's stopover

Location. Well, you do not stay at IBIS Budget for nice walks in the area, so you know what you are up to.Vending machine broken - and looks like it is broken since a looong time. Make sure you shop for some supplies BEFORE you get to the hotel, there is NOTHING in the nearer surroundingsWiFi is bad. Deliberately so, because they offer a better "premium" service, at cost.
