Very nice staff! Large clean room with great balcony. The courtyard and dining areas are fantastic.

A bit hard to find but in an awesome little village.

Felt understaffed. New Years Eve, hotel was busy, particularly in the dining room, we had to wait over an hour from being seated to getting first course.

The hotel is beautifully situated overlooking the river , and our room was very comfortable and quiet. Good breakfast too, and a nice place to walk

Unfortunately the restaurant and most others in the town were closed on a Monday evening in November. The lady at the desk was unable to direct us anywhere. And the parking was extra, and so was the dog.

When I’ve booked the room hotel send me info that restaurant is closed, I would prefer this information to know before booking with obligation to pay for room…There was list with nearby restaurants at the reception with opening times, which was great, but I think hotel should inform people before booking, that restaurant is closed.

Check in/out were slow

The build quality of the hotel is astounding. I believe new operators have just taken over and have temporarily auspended the famous restaurant. When that is back it could well be a very very intesting place again.

Disappointing

The hotel was ok in a nice place the staff was also nice but we got a different room than we booked we had to pay extra. I contacted the hotel a few times that we would be earlier but no answer. The description did not mention paid parking €10 per night as well as breakfast and juices for breakfast for which we were charged extra. We will definitely not go back there next time

Charming in a small village

Due to the Easter holiday, much was closed off. I had two rooms but due to a water leak we were in two different areas of the hotel. The breakfast was sparse and no buffet.

I got poison from the dinner:(i ate a risotto with pear for dinner and i got severe diarrhea for about 3 days it would not stop until i went to a hospital

It was the perfect place to celebrate our fourth wedding anniversary. The staff was friendly and professional and couldn't have done more for us. The location was rustic and romantic. The room was stunning, and we had a mini balcony with a view of the Rhein.

Sadly, at the time of our visit, the Restaurant was closed, so we couldn't dine there for our evening meal. However, there were other options in the close vicinity. We did have a buffet for breakfast in the morning, and then we were able to take in the beautiful views from the dining room. The Coffee was a bit on the weak side.

restaurant closed on a Sunday !!! yes ! really ! UNBELIEVABLE ! they take your booking and then leave you without food on a Sunday ! you pay to stay at a hotel with a restaurant ! I'm a frequent traveller and have stayed at many hotels but I've never had this before ! how can you take in guests and not provide them with food ?? and there are very few places to eat nearby , ( not that you should have to ! ) , and what places there are usually fully booked ! as I said , staff are great but management obviously don't have a clue how to run a hotel !

Breakfast was wonderful with a beautiful setting and scenery. The rooms were quite large and spacious. The “to go” meal was amazing.
