The staff were great, room was ample, and the Plaza Mayor was close by without being too close (or noisy).

The coffee in the breakfast room wasn't good.

The hotel is on a main road junction and even with double glazing was noisy. It was also too hot for us - the heating was still on and there was no 'cool' option on the aircon. The reception staff seemed inexperienced and slow and also spoke no English. It would have been useful, therefore, to have had - say - printed instructions to hand out giving the details of how to find and use the hotel's car parking spaces (situated in a big public, underground car park across the road junction). For such a large hotel, there is also no lounge available.

Perfectly placed hotel near lots of bars and restaurants in the old town by the cathedral. Parking is very close in an underground carpark which is quite tight to get into the parking spaces but we managed in an estate car. Staff very helpful, and let us try our limited Spanish! Breakfast was very good. There is a bar but wasn’t open when we were there in March.

Room was located at the front of a noisy (singing roudy party)road but not the hotels fault!

we had a lovely spacious room , very comfortable. parking is over the road in a public car park a discount is given when staying at the hotel. the main square, Plaza mayor, is just around the corner and has a good range of bars and restaurants. the restaurant in the hotel was closed. I would use this hotel again.

We did not have breakfast in the hotel as we like to eat out and savour the local delicacies. We were disappointed that the hotel did not have a lounge bar

The location is good.

The spartan room, without basic guest necessities such as water, kettle, etc made the rate/night feel unwarranted.

Best hotel so far this trip. With somewhere to keep my bicycle and great breakfast. The air conditioner actually worked as it should unlike 5 out of the last 7 hotel's.

It would have been nice if there was a kettle in the room or coffee available in the hotel, even if it was just a vending machine

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We were offered bicycle storage and were able to use the space to repair a puncture. Breakfast was good and they allowed us to start an hour early. Parking for support motorcycle very handy.

A beautiful building. Very clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and professional.The location is very good, close to the historical centre.

The room was spacious, clean, well ventilated and very comfortable. The staff we met were friendly and helpful and the location is excellent, as is the breakfast. On-street parking was available a short distance from the hotel.

There was nothing not to like. This hotel provides good value for money.

The restaurant was not open. The bar was not open. No water was provided apart from what was on sale at the mini bar. No room service and no facility to even get a cup of coffee or tea. Frankly at 94 euros for a night plus parking a total rip off. Had I been given any indication that the hotel was essentially closed I would have gone to the numerous other 4 star hotels in the area. The problem is Booking.com insist on money in advance which is lost on cancellation.on finding that the hotel booked is not up to standard you are still forced to continue or be charged. I looked at the customer service page above and it is blank.

Location was good, The bedroom was large and the bed was large and very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The room opened onto a large patio with table and chairs. The buffet breakfast was good.

The bathroom was very small which seemed very strange with such a large bedroom. The room could be improved by having pictures on the wall and a mirror. Although the bedroom was very large it did not feel cozy.

Beautiful hotel. Recommend rooms with the terrace. Extremely clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking easily accessible across the road. Location near Plaza Mayor, restaurants and bars.
