Great style, lovely owner. She was quite gracious about a mistake that I made, which resulted in a double-booking. The set-up of the family room is perfect for parents/children: one toilet/sink room and one shower/sink room. Very comfortable beds.

Location is perfect !!

They don’t provide any hair dryers, no irons for clothing, you literally have to provide All for yourself:(

Lovely staff, comfortable room. Lots of hot water and good shower pressure. Located perfectly for restaurants, the markets and the beach.

The breakfast was good but slightly overpriced in my opinion. Perhaps a little bit of cheese or meats for the bread could be included for €9.

Receptionist was helpful. She helped to find a parking spot because the city was busy.Location was perfect.

Very well located, quiet place, very friendly staff and delicious coffee

Excellent accomodations located centrally. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed one evening. Check-in and check-out were very smooth and easy. We have stayed in many places in Trouville and we will be coming back to this one for the ease and convenience of location.

Good location if you want to be in the center. Little room as expected, shower and sink working. All clean. Breakfast is of course typical french, it is good regarding expectations, but the lady went to get extra bread for me - very nice. I saw only one shared-toilet, clean.

I saw/found only one shared-toilet, clean. Bathroom is very small and itś easy to hurt your foot on that shower-door-slider ledge.

I really like the location of the hotel and the personnel were very polite. Nevertheless, there are some improvements which need to be done related to the noise coming from the other rooms.

It was noisy, I could hear the neighbours from the other rooms.

Very nice authentic authentic hotel, situated in downtown but calm. Very helpful and welcoming owner. I highly recommend.

A bit rustic maybe

Located in an old and charming building. The location in very good, 5 minutes from the supermarket, 5 minutes to the beach. 10 minutes to all restaurants and railway station. The staff is super nice and friendly.

Amazing location, right in the heart of Trouville. Old and charming house that was really nice looking from the outside.

- Sewer smell in the bathroom (owner knew but "is looking for a solution")- Weak wifi, wifi was flickering and apparently was barely reaching our room - Noisy street under the room - Low water debit in the bathroom

The city is beautiful and the hotel area is nice.

Above the bed on the wall it was a droll that I was banging the most of the night. By the morning I had bruises on my wrist. The room we had it shouldn’t put as a double room because of that droll that was in a wrong place. The dust on the banisters as well. The toilet did not had a sink where to wash hands.

The location and the interior are very nice; also, there is the cutest dog on reception!

I thought this hotel had character...in an old fashioned kind of way. It felt cozy. I liked the old fashioned staircase. I got good vibes whilst staying in my hotel room

I thought it was a little bit pricey and would have at least expected tea and coffee making facilities in the room for the price I paid
