No parkingThe breakfast system is weird : if you want it, you have to pay and to book in advance, it means that you have to wake up according to the reservation you made to have the chamce to eat something, even you paid. Moreover, the breakfast has limited options. No buffet in fact, just a plate with few items (fresh though) are provided.

Virginie was very accommodating and wonderful! The room was good...nothing fancy but very comfortable and close to everything. It was an easy walk from the train station too. ?

expected to share the bathroom but it was only for us! It was a great surprise. Great location and near everything. The staff was kind enough to keep our bags after checkout time.

Great location, 10min walking distance to the beach,all restaurants around the hotel very delicious and yummy sweets. Very helpful staff, you feel you are at home. I will come back a day.

Great location and they check us in at 9am as we’d arrived early as came on a overnight ferry from Dieppe

The hotel is located in the center of Trouville, close to the train station. A cozy, family-run, wonderful hotel. Friendly staff. The rooms are clean. Delicious breakfast (baguette, croissant, jams, fruit purees, muesli, tea, coffee). The hotel has an Italian restaurant.

This is a hotel to consider when looking at Deauville. Good location, spacious room, enthusiastic and effective people, and bike storage. Reasonable pricing for the quality.

Breakfast is optional. It is okay at best. Bread in a paper bag, sugar laden cereal, with limited cheese selection. It is convenient to enjoy breakfast at the hotel, however, it is just okay.

Run away from there and pay for dry clean of any item of your luggage

Attention bed bugs in the rooms! I was terrified when I woke up next morning seeing bed bugs traces on the bed, and all my arms in bites. I immediately informed the administration, who even didn’t apologise for that. It’s so ashaming . And it’s not even question of money, I was not proposed even a compensation for a second which I didn’t spend there. The most horrible thing is antisanitarity and the try to hide from people what is disgusting and might cause damage to their health

Everything and everybody. The hotel was lovely and clean, the beds were so comfortable and the staff were lovely too. The hotel is very French and we thoroughly enjoyed it very much.

Room was ok, staff were friendly and helpful, location near bridge between Trouville and Deauville so ideal for our stay. Ideal for a walk along the river and quay but quite a walk to the beach area although was not an issue for us

Perfect location, literally 5 minutes from the train station and convenient for going to the Trouville beach as well as to the sights in Deauville. We had a great view from the window. The room was spacious and well-kept.

It would be great to have a kettle and reusable cups/glasses in the room.

The hotel exceeded my expectations: very friendly and helpful staff, a nice location between Deauville and Trouville, comfortable rooms, and many restaurants, markets, and stores nearby. If you are even in Deauville/Trouville, I sincerely recommend you stay in this hotel!

Very kind staff and everything super clean. Bed comfortable and good shower.

The rooms are tiny. Not a problem if you just go there to sleep and get out.

Nice hotel in the center of Trouville, just few minutes walking from the station and Deuville, on the main street with all shops and restaurants close by. Staff kind and efficient. Rooms simple and of adequate size for three people.

The room could be equipped with some additional appliances (e.g. fridge, boiler). Being an old building, it was quite noisy (we could hear stomping from rooms upstairs)
