    • Excellent hotel in every way! The staff was incredibly helpful and nice, and the location can¿t be beat. We will definitely return. Get a sea view room, it was so beautiful there.
    • I liked the rooms, they were clean, although they were very small compared to the US obviously.
    • The lobby was lovely and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Simon the Concierge helped make my birthday very special!

    Cons -

    • I had an enjoyable stay. The drinks at the outside bar were terrible and over priced.
    • We didn’t love the sink in the middle of the room.
    • For a 5 star hotel you MUST INVEST on better hair dryers not a 3 star worthy one

Location could not be better. Staff was warm and caring and helpful. Breakfast was great. Building was lovely and in excellent condition. Pool.and therapy facilities were wonderful.

Excellent gorgeous hotel in the best location in town, very attentive staff, amazing breakfast.

Old style shower/bath combination is not as comfortable as modern walk-in showers at other hotels

The hotel was good overall with friendly service and a convenient location. However, the room was a bit small and could use some renovations to feel more up to date. Aside from that, everything else was fine and made for a pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel. Well situated. Large bedroom but not so keen on the open plan bathroom. Very clean room and nice and bright room/reception rooms.

amazing location on the beach, a lot of facilities, impressive modern room, perfect beds, very nice staff, good breakfast in a beautiful sale

better breakfast service- faster...it was a little crowds at 19.00

Top location and high end service hotel with a kind of view to the sea….the rooms lost a bit of a classy spacious feeling after the renovation

Rooms had a strange window to the sea, only when you sit on the floor you could look outside. Looking over a mega roof that has the potential to become a gigantic roof garden (the potential is there). Huge communal spaces (not all used well) and quite small (low) rooms…same with pool area, a window or skylight would make a difference, nevertheless a nice experience

Fabulous location and staff fantastic and comfortable surroundings

Bathroom very poor for a 5 star . Shower in mid bath and impossible to control.

Everything!the aesthetics and design, the supportive staff, the comfort of the room, the restaurant, the views, how we were welcomed, the location.Special thank to Capucine who made us feel very welcomed and was so kind to us.The security at the spa area is great. There is always someone looking if everything ok. And there is a camera, anti-slip protection. Everything is cleaned regularly.

Maybe the hammam and the sauna could be improved. The first time we came there the sauna was not hot. Next time it was fixed. The hammam is not particularly cozy and quite small but it does the job. Nothing fancy about it :)I think the area with hammam and sauna could have been done a lot better because it is small and looks more like open public shower area, like at ordinary swimming pools… although it is clean and there are great towels provided. The swimming pool is nice, with comfortable temperatures, marine water, and lots hydro massage options. But there are no windows and it might feel closed.

    Fun Interior and great location

Big business group always in the restaurant so couldn’t get a table.

Superb location, excellent FOH staff who went the extra mile for us when our friend needed help.

The restaurant dinner wasn’t to our taste but the breakfast was lovely. We found the spa a little unwelcoming and the treatment I had was less than average.

Very close to the center of the city in a peaceful seashore. Clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was nice and rich. The staff was attentious and very kind.

I did not had any negative experience.

    I liked the cleanliness.

The hotel's main benefit is that it is also a wellness center. I booked it, and paid a fortune (700 euros a night) only to be told on the phone by one of the staff that the wellness center was closed. Wonderful time to be told! The staff member mentioned it was also mentioned online and when I checked, it was but very discretely. When I asked for a rate discount, they said it was already "discounted". Terrible attitude and is not at all guest-centric. The term "bait and switch" went way over their head. So I was stuck in the hotel with nothing to do, with awful food, and limited aircon. I DO NOT recommend a stay there at all. And they claim to be a 5-star hotel - that's rich!

    8ValentinaPosted on: 8-26-2023

The fact that being a loyal client (yearly being a guest in summer ) they upgraded me to a beautiful room with sea view

The fact that for second year the spa wasn’t accessible, and this hotel is a thalasso place where people come to use the spa

    6LysannePosted on: 8-17-2023

Parking and Laundry and reception. Location near the sea and beach.

Restaurant Staff lacked finesse. No pool for the second year. Hard to justify current accommodation pricing compared to similar 5 star accommodation in Deauville
