The staff was nice, the location great

Our window was basically above the main street which was ultra noisy until 2am and from 7am so we basically didn't sleep at all. We couldn't close the windows cause there's no ac and it was super warm. There's no one to complain to as there's no reception after 8pm. The room had clothes left from the previous guests. Would definitely not recommend.

The staff was so helpful and nice. She upgraded our double room to a suite.

Just a recommendation for the breakfast to be buffet.

Situated above a restaurant it was quaint but nice and the staff looked after us really well

Parking was not nearby which was a pain with luggage but there was also parking nearby

A wonderful hotel in the center of Trouville, opposite the fish market. 5 minutes to the sea, shops and restaurants on the neighboring streets. At the same time quiet. The room is small, but comfortable and with a balcony. Very clean.

Hotel being on top of a super busy brasserie. Whilst this was clear from the website so not a surprise, it meant that the hotel was very much a 2nd priority. Example, was sometimes tricky finding anyone at reception to help, and felt like we were in the way as busy waiters rushed around. Also the restaurant extended to the first floor making our room quite noisy.

Room was spacious and loved the balcony with harbour view. Bed very big and comfortable and bathroom the same. Bath a treat.Restaurant was good in evening, but drinks expensive! But so was everywhere.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room (not even a little kettle!). Parking was ok if you parked after lunchtime but ok bearing in mind a busy and popular town.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. I left a poster behind and on contacting them, they replied it was found and would be held at the front desk. No problem getting it 2 days later.

I had a room looking out over the hotel sign and front outdoor cafe, so a bit noisy at night. I asked if I could change rooms, and they said they were waiting for the last room available reconfirmation and if not they would switch me.Unfortunately the room was reconfirmed and the hotel was full.

Great location, just in the center of the city next to the fish market, where one may find high quality sea food. The hotel is old, but it has this nice vibe of the place with history

There was no working lamps except for one in the room. We discovered that too late when the reception was not working, so evening was spent in the dark. Poor breakfast. Don’t book the room with breakfast, it’s continental: just a croissant and flakes with milk. It’s better to go out and find some nice restaurant

The hotel is very well located, walking distance from Trouville beach and the town center.The hotel staff was phenomenal; very welcoming and friendly and our room was great! Very clean and comfortable. I'd just point out there isn't any AC but if you leave the windows open during the night, it's fine. Definitely looking forward to going back

Because the temps were warm and there was no ac, the windows had to be open. It was so LOUD from the street.

Central location, very friendly welcome, nice room, breakfast a little disappointing.

Leila on reception was so professional and friendly, advising pre arrival and during our stay. Very good parking. Lovely atmosphere in the bar and restaurant. Excellent position near the harbour.

The pillows were catastrophic, they should invest in new ones.Pretty hot in the room.Entrance was between the kitchen and the restaurant, pretty odd.
