Mercure Trouville Sur Mer

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

Diner @ the hotel was not great (value for money). Some of the bathroom equipment needs an update.

The staff was very nice. The hotel was well located. Breakfast was nice. All areas of the hotel were nice and clean. We used the fitness room which had some nice equipment as well.

The room was nice, but it was so warm. We had to keep the window open all night to make it bearable to sleep. The shower was not great either - spraying everywhere.

Clean,comfy beds, brilliant breakfast.

Didn’t do food of an evening.

The location is excellent - near the seafront and close to restaurants.

We felt it was expensive, there was no water for hours when we arrived and the room was small.

Very well located next to the beach and the center of Trouville

Clean less and friendly staff

Perfect location and perfect beds. Nice staff.

Shower in bath is very slippery and power of water isvery poor.

Perfect location

The personel refused to credit the stay to my ALL membership account because the stay was booked through bookings.com.

Friendly staff. Great location. Good breakfast. Very clean

The hairdryer

Proximity to the beach and shops. Comfortable and friendly staff

Noisy with the vacuum cleaning from 9 a.m.

Great hotel, right in the center of Trouville, in front of the Casino. It was quite in October, we did not hear any street noises. Large room - actually it’s 2 rooms together with a small private corridor. Very convenient for a family with kids. Nice breakfast with a good choice of meals

The usual good Mercure experience. Great breakfast. Very convenient location. Very friendly and helpful staff.

My wife didn't like the drab exterior of the building (compared to surrounding finery).))

being allocated another room with any fuss after allocated room smelled of smoke.

initial room previous occupant had been smoking heavily and room smelled.

The location was excellent. Very central, close to restaurants. Parking available in car park opposite - the hotel has its own bays so very convenient.

Room too small and parking fees extortionate.

Too expensive for modest bfast

Breakfast cost We only wanted coffee and pastry !

Breakfast was ok, staff was really nice, the room was quiet and clean.

Fabulous hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. Best sleep I have ever had in a hotel - bed was so comfy ? Was very impressed with available Brita water machines that give out cold and sparkling water in the halls. Also was extremely happy with the toiletries available - luxury with Nuxe!

I had a wonderful stay with my son and dog .The position of hotel is perfect. All personal were very kind ,professional and helpful. The breakfast was great.I forgot my ring in bathroom and after leaving my luggage at reception and picking it up after long walk- they just gave it to my son . I am really impressed and very grateful because I even didn’t observed that it was missing.Thank you so much for the beautiful time and definitely we will come back !

Good location to explore Trouville and Deauville. Close to Trouville’s beach. Great facilities in room, bathroom and hotel overall. Good breakfast with much to choose from. Friendly staff at all times.

The rooms were pleasant and comfortable.

The lack of a restaurant or bar. The extra supplement for breakfast.

Mostly breakfast, many excellent choices. The ladies who served were super friendly. The room was very clean.

Our room was very small. It was fine because we only stayed for one day. Our room would be to small for 2 for a long stay.
