- Lovely view ! The Spa and the food is perfect
Cons -
- I didn't like the cleanliness of the spa pool and the receptionist of the spa was borderline rude.

- The indoor pool and spa are very old and not really well maintained. So are the chairs at the dinning room. Overall the common facilities do not match a luxury 5 stars hotel

We had a very big and comfortable suite. Room was very clean

The pool the spa perfect, the Breakfast and dinner international buffet was so fantastic, with all the chef's very friendly with huge smile, thanks a lot ,at the restaurant the uniforms of the waiters so good, makes it professional, The waitress Maria she did an amazing job, she is ready to become Head waitress, all the boys and the girls so good, so fast at their work, the Head waiter greeting guests and giving seats is amazing, thank you all.
1. on our arrival they asked me to pay card or cash, I told them that my card is already on hold that they can take from the booking site as usual, and they refused and I paid cash, and the next morning I got a message from the bank that they deducted again the full amount for the second time, I went to them asked them, they said it was by mistake and they already processed for returning my money to my bank, but after 3 days until my check out I din't get back my money, they called the bank and the bank said it will take 15 days to return my money, 2. I was surprised that there was no bellboy to help us with our luggage's, after check in we have to pull it by ourselves, I know in 5 star hotels in any country the bell boy is the one taking you to the room. we been trying to find the room here and there, 3.the corridors without any carpet is doesn't look standard, housemaids white uniforms also not matching Hotels, if they have put a carpet in all corridors then it will make it 5 star Hotel. 4. when we arrived with my wife to our room, when we opened the door the floor was full of blond hairs all over and under the bed full of dust and we couldn't believe our eyes, we spotted that clearly because the afternoon sun was reflecting to the floor in full and helped us to see it, and we called and they send us a night shift lady and she cleaned it for us, she was shocked too, that lady was amazing she apologized for the mistake done by Morning shift staffs. she was smiling with happy face,
The room is spacious and full of light. A nice little balcony with sea view. The people are. Really helpfulRoom service efficient and generous. The private beach is fantastic
The property was exceptional. From the smiles of the staff to the hotel being so child friendly. Food was amazing and facilities were also very clean.
I just didn’t like how people would leave go to rest in their rooms but leave there towels by the pool areas. People were gone for over 2 hours and other people couldn’t enjoy the pool area.
The food was delicious with a lot of options. Welcome champagne and desserts in the room.
Large pool, but low number of sunbeds and too crowded. The beach is not so good.
The hotel room needs to be renovated. Pretty out dated. The dinner buffet is poor. I would recommend to eat outside.
The Food & Beverage staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay, and they made a very positive impression.Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk did not meet the same standard. When we asked to speak with the Manager regarding an issue, we were told they were unavailable, and no one else stepped in to assist or take responsibility. This lack of follow-through was disappointing, especially for a hotel of this caliber.
Firstly, the issue of sunbeds being reserved very early in the morning with TOWELS was disappointing. By the time breakfast started, many pool and sea sunbeds were already reserved with towels. ADOPT A SUNBED POLICY!! The room was described as having a "sea view," though it would be more accurate to call it a "side sea view." Regarding dining, we were surprised to find that only still water is included with the half-board lunch. Sparkling water comes at an additional charge of €4.30, which felt excessive for a hotel of this level. The Kids Club was a significant factor in our decision to book, so we were disappointed when it closed two hours earlier than advertised without prior notice. This was inconvenient, especially for families who planned around those hours.Lastly, while many staff members were friendly, there were moments where more attentiveness and care would have been appreciated to align with the hotel’s 5-star rating.
Very nice hotelGreat pool, great Spa, ask for aromatherapy massage from Nona! The food was less important to me, not high class but good .The hotel is great for families and kids and parents will love it.Great air conditioning!!
Clean. Half board rate includes dinner and breakfast buffet. Dinner buffet was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was great too. Pool was nice. Location across the street from the Agean Sea was convenient. Rooms were nice.
Breakfast and Dinner buffets were perfectSPA and Gym
Staff very attentive, helpful and polite, wonderful mountain view in my room, very generous welcoming package with champaign and local delicacies, amazing variety of food in breakfast and dinner. Spa facilities, services and staff were excellent
Ultra-abundant breakfast and dinner buffet Luxurious roomGorgeous bathroomFriendliness and politeness of every member of the staff Gorgeous scenery, sea in front, mountain at the back!
Narrow twin bedLow water pressure of showerNot enough information about thermal bath use beforehand
Breakfast & dinner (included in the price) were delicious.
- Very noisy hallways, the housekeepers start knocking all the doors at 09.00 am, there is no way you can sleep after 09.30 am. - Also, the rooms were not at all soundproof, we could actually hear the whole conversation of the family next door !

The room was spacious.
The food is not 5 star experience - there is variety but some of it was of low quality, missing delicatessen options. There is no ala carte restaurant. The room is not sound proof. The kids corner is not very well equipped. The fitness opens too late.
Our recent stay at the Mitsi Galini Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. From the very first moment we set foot in the hotel, we were enveloped in an ambiance of warmth and friendliness that made us feel at home immediately. The staff's genuine smiles and welcoming attitudes created a positive atmosphere that resonated throughout our stay, setting the stage for what would become an incredible and memorable holiday. One of the standout features of our visit was unquestionably the spa facilities. Stepping into the spa was like entering a haven of tranquillity and peace. The serene environment, characterized by soothing scents and gentle music, provided an ideal escape from the daily grind. The variety of treatments on offer was impressive, catering to every need, be it relaxation or invigoration. The therapists were highly skilled and thoughtful, ensuring that every massage or beauty treatment left us feeling refreshed and renewed. It was a true sanctuary for body and soul, providing a perfect respite from the outside world. Dining at the Mitsi Galini Hotel was a delightful adventure for our taste buds. The culinary team excelled in crafting a menu that celebrated a rich variety of flavours. Each morning, we indulged in a breakfast buffet that was both vibrant and diverse, offering fresh fruits, pastries, and a range of hot dishes. Dinner was an equally delightful experience, with exquisite gourmet dishes that highlighted local ingredients and international inspiration. The presentation was impeccable, and every bite was a testament to the chef's expertise. It’s rare to find a place where each meal turns into an unforgettable journey, but this hotel achieved exactly that. Beyond the spa and dining, the hotel’s facilities continued to impress. Our room was a testament to luxury and comfort, with elegant décor and ample space that created an inviting retreat.
Everything about the hotel was absolutely superb, from the gorgeous views to the lovely champagne waiting for us with traditional sweets. The bathrooms were impeccable, the swimming pool was fabulous, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We got the half board deal and the food was excellent. All in all I highly recommend this is a great getaway less than 2 hours away from Athens.
They close at certain times of the year unfortunately so it's important to get them when they're open!
