I loved the air conditioning. Everything was very clean. Check in worked well

Very small room and there was no soap in the shower dispenser.

First level studio so no option to open windows, right on road. Bed felt very small. The oven pan was very dirty. Overall the space was clean, comfortable bed, hot shower. Would have been nice to have a little bit of coffee supplied. Nice to have additional blanket. Digital keys were very convenient.

We had a nightmare trying to get in, I didn't realise it was virtual key entrance, but I phoned lady several times and she was very helpful, got checked in on the app all good lovely room ,plenty of heat, but mattress was very uncomfortable! Bedside lights didn't work, but we managed the one night

The apartment was clean and did have all you needed for a short stay.The bed was comfyStaff were available 24/7 ...albeit virtually.Bejar is 45 min drive to Salamanca....pls visit...it is A stunning city

The smell of smoke when walked in...it was very fusty and unpleasant.There was no coffee or tea so we were unable to have a drink in the morningThere's very little to do in Bejar, it is very run down place (but does have a few nice bars and restaurants)

This was extremely good value for our overnight stay. The room and bathroom were just what we needed.We were able to find street parking.

The room opened on to a common staircase. This is not a hotel. We did not mind this, certainly not at the price, but others might bear it in mind.

Beautifully renovated, well equipped, modern apartment with plenty of space. Easy check in and great value. We loved this place!

Elevator !!! Bed was comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. 3B had view across small valley.

Some confusion on check-in. We only saw 3:30 check-in in small print after going back and reviewing email. Saw 12 several times. Fortunately the cleaning lady was there when we arrived and guided us through the electronic check in.Neighborhood wasn't as expected. Map App showed stores, bars and restaurants nearby but most have closed or gone out of business. On next to last day we discovered a market up the hill 3 blocks away. Should have plastic map showing nearby markets, laundry, and landmarks. Walking around we did discover a few restaurants near the Ducal Palace. Though originally opposed to staying in this location, my wife finally decided it wasn't so bad if we'd had more information.

Incompetence, careless, useless

I booked twin beds room, they gave me a double bed I complained and they told me that was optional, I had to pay for a twin bed room, then the toilet's cistern broke down, and they didn't answer my emails, it was all a mess,terrible service , never again

Great location. Comfy. Clean. Very useful kitchen. Parking very close. Great value for money.

Sadly the air con didn't work.

Good sized room with opening window, modern and bright. Large bathroom.

There is space to include a comfortable chair for relaxed sitting, which would be nice.

The room had all it needed for an overnight stay and very good value for money. Free parking in the street.

No reception, so it took some effort to find out hoe it works, quite simple at the end.

Coffee cups were provided, but no coffee maker was present.

Is very quiet, easy to park, clean and confortable, the check-in process is very efficient.

Next time I would rather book with a private owner who will reply to a simple request.

I booked the room and sent a message that I would arrive at 19h. If there was no one there at my arrival, please text me about how to get in. I left my number. No one texted me and I did not have data/wifi, and there are no staff at the property so I arrived and could not get in.Long story short eventually I got in (because some random person helped me), then I still needed to get the wifi to unlock my door, which I did by finding another guest and asking for the password. I prefer something simpler, but I could have managed this and would have given a better rating if the staff simply just texted me as I requested. I am leaving a bad score because they could make some more effort to help their customers.Also, we booked two single beds and got one double bed. This was not a big deal, but I don't know why they give you the option for two single beds if it is not even available.

The check-in is contactless, but the staff are available via whatsapp and answer promptly.The location is convenient. The apartments are clean and comfortable.Great stay.

Great value for money, so I don't really have anything to point out as negative.

Clean, the amenities and equipment were as expected, AC was turned on prior to arrival, bed was comfortable.

Very minor issues. I was too tall to lie down on the couch. To open the window pane you have to use the rotating stick supplied by the door

Everything went very well, really appreciated the contactless check-in/check-out (might be challenging to understand at first though). Very comfortable beds, all spaces were well-cleaned, kitchen had all the utilities to make breakfast. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others

It was difficul to understand how to open the hotel's door. I'm 74 and it was not easy to find the pin on the email to open the door at the hotel

The apartment was very easy to enter with the virtual keys and was really clean and comfortable when we entered. There was plenty of room for the three of us and the beds were nice. The bathroom was a bit small but it was no problem. It was located in the center of the town, close to bars and shopping. Highly recommendable!
