Pros +
- Overall, the stay was fine, but for the price paid (around €1,200 for 9 nights for two people), the value just wasn’t there.
- The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Location was great and the cleanliness was very good. The hotel was very cute and the breakfast area was lovely.
- View from our particular room was fine. Breakfast was minimal and same for 3 days. Ran short of eggs everyday. We liked the coffee machine. All else was mediocre.
Cons -
- The room itself was nothing special — located on the top floor and without air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable at times. The breakfast was quite disappointing and could definitely be improved: it consisted of a basic omelette, some butter and jam, a few pastries, low-quality ham and cheese, and boiled eggs, along with coffee and tea. For the price point, we expected a higher standard of comfort and a better breakfast experience.
- EXTREMELY CROWDED AREA WITH NO PARKING. No help from obvious tourist weary staff at check in. Shrugged it off as thats the way it is. This area is overrun with cars and tourists. Hotel is smack on the main road with heavy congestion and no parking and no help or concern from staff. Had to park way up street and drag our luggage through traffic and craggy sidewalks. Staffs not helpful or knowledge about area beaches. Also no help to room quirks. For example the room safe has instructions on front to enter code to lock/unlock using keypad. After many attempts, called front desk. Staff came up and treated me as an idiot not to know that a key on room key chain locked and unlocked safe even though useless keyboard instructions on safe were no longer used. Just not helpful or respectful.
- I hated the bed, it was very uncomfortable, the place had extremly thin walls and you could perfectly hear the guests in the other rooms and the smell in the bathroom was hard to stand. Also, the breakfast was basic at most, with low quality products.

Great location , clean rooms and the staff was very tentative to our needs .Breakfast was good too . I highly recommend this hotel . This was our third time staying here .
I absolutely loved the location, the garden for breakfast, the view from the balcony.

Very friendly, helpful and attentive host. Great location, quiet yet a 5 min drive from the main city. The ocean side lounge and rocks to dive into the ocean were amazing. Free parking and super clean rooms with a comprehensive kitchenette. Had a great time at this place.
Glad we had a car, because the restaurants nearby weren’t as attractive as the ones in the city, which was a 5 min drive but would’ve been 20+min walk each way. No breakfast at hotel but plenty of good grocery stores close by to make your own little meals.
Great location and facilities, very clean. Loved the view and my hotel room.
The location and outlook from our sea view room were excellent.
Having to constantly log into a captive portal across 3 different SSID's was annoying and detracted from our experience.
Comfortable room with beautiful view. Helpful friendly staff.
Wonderful location close to the beach. The view from the room is amazing. Everything is clean and people who work here are super nice and polite. Breakfast is also great and we enjoyed our stay here.
Location is good the hotel is nice and the staff was wonderfull
Great stay, super friendly staff, and the owner, Mr Dimitri, was very accommodating.ans very approachable. A personal experience that makes you want to come back to Hotel Agios Nikitas.. The hotel and our room were very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. It's a fabulous place to stay as it's also close to the beach and town centre. Highly recommend ?
The location is close to the sea, you can walk to the beach in a few minutes. Friendly staff, daily cleaning in the room and tasty breakfast. I opted for a room with a balcony and a sea view, it was more than I imagined, superb view! For relaxation, I highly recommend the quiet area and the sea with clean water and many taverns where the food is tasty and the prices are decent. The property does not have parking, but we managed with street parking.
Everything was ok.
Good location, staff was very helpful and friendly, room was cleaned daily
Location, breakfast, room view
WiFi signal in the room was very poor
Staff welcoming and walking distance to beach shops and restaurants
The location and staff were perfect! And they had some e really nice börek (rolls with spinach and cheese) fresh made. And their Greek yoghurt with honey and watermelon was really nice.
The shower were broken so we had to hold the shower head in our hands, which made it difficult to wash your hair. The bread at breakfast was really dry. All in all we definitely believe it was too expensive compared to what you get.
I've read many negative reviews and was not expecting much, but surprised. Room was nice and very clean with balcony and sea view, daily housekeeping. location is perfect- close to bus station, also Agios nikitas beach , taverns and shops can be reached in 5 minutes through a lovely alley. breakfast is ok for me, had variety of cereals, cheese, pie, croissants, jams and etc. whole place made our stay wonderful.
facilities could be improved. for example, a kettle in the room .
Nice breakfast , basic but all available except if you turned up late , nice location walking distance too all
The tv and wi fi did not working doing our duration there , no help was offered but the receptionist was sympathetic
Perfect location, just 5 min to the beach and the village center.Spacious balcony with sea view
