The hotel is managed at a highly professional level thanks to Katerina and Kristina – everything is perfectly organized.The service mindset is excellent, and both the hotel facilities and the rooms are of a high standard. We also enjoyed the excellent breakfast, the pleasant pools, and the abundance of seating areas.Everything was 100%!

The rooms we take were clean and comfortable .

The pools are too small and the bar is very expensive.

Plenty of choice that catered for dairy and gluten free, low fat options. Staff accommodating to preference for timing of eggs to be cooked if wanted more hard boiled or to use less oil in fried options. Lovely location overlooking the pool, and staff were friendly and very helpful, speaking good English. I usually can not bear for music to be played around the pool, but the playlist was soothing and not too loud making it tolerable.Rooms were spotless and a good size with modern showers and electric blinds. As well as a good size fridge and bottled water provided.

There was nothing I could fault.

Crystal Waters was such a lovely spot for our group’s first night in Greece! The staff met us right off the shuttle with welcome smiles and whisked our luggage away while offering a refreshening welcome drink.

That we didn’t have more time to spend there!

This is wonderful hotel with great pools and great rooms (big with a balcony). the staff was amazing and helped me with everything i needed.

Breakfast can be better but its vey nice, not enough veriaty, no milk alternatives.Rooms can be a bit cleaner and more equipped (not anough light, no small pampers)

Great resort. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing with lots to choose from. We booked a 2 bedroom villa which was very spacious and each bedroom had its own ensuite. It also had ample parking. We were sad to leave.

Everything was perfect. But if I had to say anything negative it would be that it didn't have beach access. This didn't worry us though.. as the nearest beach was only a few minutes walk or we could drive anywhere we wanted

I liked the spacious rooms after I asked to be upgraded . Clean all around resort . Adults this time of year ..so very quiet .Buffet breakfast had a variety of food choices . There were 2 pools but you had to get there early because the lounge chairs fill up fast and other guests usually stay by the pool all day

Too many mosquitoes in the rooms . Was bitten all over despite the plug ins that were provided . Also , for such I nice resort I recommended that they put in disability parking which they are lacking . Lots of stairs and steep hills !around the resort

Lovely surrounding - in walking distance to the little town with some supermarkets & taverns. We had a quite nice room - in the upper area - which was quiet. But around the pool it would have been very loud (music).

Breakfast area - much too busy & too small for the amount of people to be served there. It was a huzzle in the morning to get some food from the buffet - which was. Ok‘ish

a superb location, services, cleanliness, quality, professional people, without any mistakes, everything is superlative!

the only regret is that i am 1300 km far from location, but I would like to come back soon, to enjoy again this beautiful place !!!

We had fabulous 4 nights stay. We arrived early in the morning before check in hours, and we get the room earlier, which was very nice from the staff, they were always very friendly, ready to help. Room was very clean, nicely equipped. Pool areas were really nice, with comfy sun-beds. Location is quiet, but not so far from bigger cities in case you like to party. Breakfast offer is big, with some modifications every day.

This is a really nice hotel, perfect for couples with kids. We (as a couple) wanted a bit more peace and quiet...The two pools are nice, but fill up early, and then - no place to be. Also - no "adults only spot"....

We made Crystal Waters our home for the whole month of July! And loved every minute.From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Ali and Theo who took our bags straight off us! From then the check in was smooth and Ali went out of his way during our whole stay and made us feel right at home with whatever we needed whenever we needed it - he was outstanding! Both Ali and Theo were there and friendly the whole stay.Our room was a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with additional toilet downstairs - it was such a well appointed room and very clean - with the cleaning staff daily not missing a beat in refreshing our room. SO nice to walk back into everyday.The breakfast was easily one of the best resort buffets I've experienced - great variety did not disappoint our fussy kids eating habits either - special mention to Ioanna who made our kids feel special and made a great impression off the bat. She was the sole reason our shy kids felt comfortable going down to the kids club to give us some adult time to enjoy the amazing cocktails in the Pool bar from George the barman.George (the barman) made us feel so welcome and his customer service is next level - not to mention his amazing cocktail making skills!!!! Sooooo good!!!!Stathie the Poolside server was just unreal - his attention and customer service was stellar, like George, Stathie made us feel right at home and nothing was ever a problem - he's definitely like George an asset to Crystal Waters!! The Poolside service and Poolside menu was delicious and fresh catering to the kids menu was on point and so was the adult menu - super tasty with great quality, the chicken cesar and the chicken wraps where definitely on high rotation on our month long stay by the pool for lunch! Not to forget Satoris too for his customer service around the pool was amazing!The food at the restaurant was epic too - the signature chef has nailed it at the main restaurant and the room service menu was again awesome!!

The internet on Greek Islands is super slow - but I told them about Elon Musk with Starlink to solve that problem and it will be sorted next time we go!!!

Amazing facilities. Very clean. All staff, cleaners/ reception/bars/restaurant, very friendly and helpful. They respond very quickly on emails which is amazing and especially if you have some last minute questions or requests great. Breakfast is brilliant. Pooll-bar very fancy.. They serve you drinks and (a very tasty) lunch menu in the pool area. We will definitely come back.

To be fair there wasnt really anything but if i have to think of something, there isn't a village on walking distance. There are shops and restaurants (fancy and less fancy ones) on 2 min walk but no proper village. However there is a bus stop on 2 min walk of the hotel which brings you in 10-15 min to Lefka's town and the other way also in 10-15 min to Nydri.

I liked the pools and the view overall

My phone charger got stolen. The staff were racist overall towards us albanias and they created us problems. The hotel was far away from everything else like supermarkets and everything. Horrible experience and for the money we paid?? Absolutely horrible.

We stayed just one night and we're satisfied. The staff was very kind (availability 24 hours). Pool bar offers good drinks. :)

The breakfast was really good. Only. Thing is that nothing was offered that was sugar free. There are a lot of diabetics traveling now. It would be great if you would have had a sugar free marmalade to offer or at least one suger free pastry.other than that it was terrific.

The watered down grapefruit juice. Other than that it was nice.

Friendly staff and modern accomodation.

Limited sea view, not adequate parking capacity and in total a bit overprised for the value it offers. The "private pool" is actually plunge pool, ie more of the size of a jacuzzi.
