Parking.

Holes in curtains poor quality towels. Poor breakfast cheap ingredients. Carpets not hoovered properly. Expected to pay for an extra egg at breakfast.

Good choice of breakfast items. Also 7 - 10 good as we like a late start on holiday.Comfortable bed and good shower. Ample parking and disabled access via restaurant.We didn’t use the pool.

They staff were friendly

Friendly, professional staff.

Booking.com said that the pool was available: this was wrong.The rubbish strewn around both sides and back of the building was disgusting.

When I booked the pictures showed an indoor swimming pool and health suite, I later saw in the small print that the pool was closed. It was not until we arrived that we found out that the health suite was also closed.

Breakfast was poor got toasted bacon instead of sandwich quassonts were supermarket bought .

Very poor experience in a rundown /very deteriorated hotel

We had issues even before reaching the hotel, as they did over capacity booking and did not have any rooms available. Hence, they just decided unilaterally to change the dates of our booking... Thankfully Booking.com helped us and the initial booking was confirmed. When we arrived, we found out that they had put back a room into service, and that was very poor quality (window was broken, curtains ripped away..). When we asked if we could at least have a curtain to be able to sleep, the manager of the hotel called us "fussy" and replied we should at least be happy to be accomodated (whereas we had paid the full price..) Overall very poor experience in a rundown / very deteriorated hotel

Staff courteous at all times, reception exceptional. I had one meal in the evening which was a chicken ceaser salad. Someone in the kitchen needs to learn how to do it. It was terrible

A comfortable bed. Ample parking and easy access from the airport. Friendly staff.

A little overpriced for off-season accommodation. The Full English was not exactly "plentiful" but it was well cooked with good ingredients. The addition of "Continental" supplements gave me enough for the day, but I'm glad Breakfast was inclusive for residents.

This is false advertising. It was not as described, no pool, no spa working. definitely not 3 star or any star.

Friendly and helpful staff

Poor facilities in room - no fridge no iron etc and poor storage.Decor and plumbing needs upgrade.No staff or supervision in rather limited gym.No information in room.Furniture routinely left in corridors which is a serious safety risk.Very limited menu and variable food quality.
