La Collinette Hotel, Cottages & Apartments

A very welcoming and comfortable hotel within easy walking distance to town (15 minutes) - I always took taxi back - too hot for uphill walking! Lovely pool area and friendly bar. Whole place was spotless

Hotel Tea - always the let down!!

I requested a vegan breakfast in my booking, and when we went for breakfast I was brought alternative milk and offered a vegan breakfast without even having to ask. The staff were also very helpful and attentive

The bathroom was little bit tired looking, could do with a refurb

hotel was nice and clean, with good facilities for what I needed. bar was lively and resteruant was good (dinner and breakfast).

A door between the bar and restaurant might be a good idea, the bar was very noisy when we were eating our evening meal.

We stayed at La Colinette Hotel for 5 nights and really enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly, the rooms spacious and the overall location (close to St. Peters Port) the exact fit for what we needed. But the food served at La Colinette was probably our highlight: the breakfastroom and bar were charming and the food served excellent. We also had dinner at the hotel almost every day, just right outside in the garden by the pool (you can also dine inside of course). All in all a very pleasant stay!

The staff are undoubtedly the stand out feature of this hotel. Cyril heads an excellent hard working team. Never seen staff so happy to be at work & keen to please customers - residents & locals alike. The hotel is well set back from the road so very quiet with a lovely pool for sunny days. The beds were very comfortable. The food well presented & plentiful.

Although a period building the bedrooms are very dated with single glazing & the fans provided are insufficient to cool rooms when facing the afternoon sun.

Breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the service was excellent.The evening meal was only just average and after a few days, trying everything, we gave up and went out. The room was a step above average and the WiFi was good.

The poor sash windows had to be wedged both open and closed. The cleaners fooled us couple of times by leaving the shower hose in a horizontal spray, no joke when you turned it on and showered the floor! The heated towel rail was excellently managed, and the room tidied daily.

Toilet in room didn't flush effeciently.Not on direct bus route - it's up a steep hill out of town centre

It was very clean and the rooms were a great size. The pool and decked area were great the food was lovely and drinks were not too expensive . All the staff were lovely very friendly and helpful

The staff are really very pleasant, helpful and attentive. Their aim is to make everyone feel comfortable in the hotel and enjoy their holiday to the full. Breakfast is first class, restaurant provides good food at competitive prices against St Peter Port restaurants.

My room 38 was located next to the laundry room, therefore my room became very hot all the time, I struggled to access fresh air as the glasses on the windows were worn and not working. I resorted to having the table fan on to try and cool the room but this resulted in the warm air being wafted around. Plus it was very noisy when trying to sleep
