St. Pierre Park Hotel & Golf

Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room was impeccably presented as usual. Room service was prompt and polite, housekeeping kept the room fresh with the minimum of disruption.When having to extend my stay the front of house team made this quick and easy.One of my favourite places to stay on the island.

Only issue was a loud function one evening, music went on until late into the night - not unexpected at this time of year. It might be good to warn guests where the noise may impact them, potentially just something to say when the noise is expected to end?

Excellent breakfast choice. Lovely spa facilities, and friendly staff.

We had two rooms both of which were of a poor quality. Chipped and damaged furniture, damaged light fittings, hooks on doors broken. Safe located on the floor, so I an issue for those with mobility problems. Very hot and stuffy with no air conditioning. View of the car park, with resulting noise. Wouldn’t stay again, not worth the money.

Outstanding stay! Delicious breakfast, comfortable room and an exceptional dinner. Staff were warm, attentive and made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommend!

My only suggestions are to consider adding AC in the rooms due to the weather getting warmer than usual and extend children’s swimming hours.

The property was fine , great location & excellent facilities, pool, gym etc

Sadly it was unusually busy . Due to a darts competition. So in my room the noise was very loud. Bedroom doors banging. The next room had the tv loudly on ! Plus breakfast was hectic.

The best hotel in the island

Best relaxing hotel on the island super atmosphere very clean the big plus for room service and for breakfast to the room. I’m very anxious person and I love the fact that I can order my breakfast to the room without extra money. The hotel really look after people highly recommended

Breakfast service could have been better . Trying to offer a buffet cooked breakfast whilst also allowing a la carte ordering of hot food stretched the kitchen too far. Had to wait 20 minutes for fresh scrambled egg to be replenished . Not good enough in a hotel if this standard

we travelled over to the island for the Marathon weekend so wanted an early dinner but the only slight let down and it was a minor thing the evening meals were a bit slow

Breakfast was lovely staff were very friendly beautiful hotel and the room had a beautiful view of the garden and lake

Pillows where very uncomfortable

friendly staff, comfortable rooms, breakfast servings huge, easy parking/location.

a little noisy from other guests rooms and from front of hotel during the night. I believe it was due to packing up after a function regardless it was noisy.

Un pur moment de bonheur...What to say? The facilities and the place are quite fabulous. The staff was exceptionnal, very helpfull, kind, happy, friendly. Special mention for the breakfast, it was perfect. We come back for sure. Prefer an upper floor for the room (we were in the ground floor in front off the parking), but doesn't mind, everything was perfect :). Thank you again to the staff

Breakfast is excellent, and the staff are super helpful. The only criticism would be if you arrive after 8.30 pm no hot food at the bar restaurant.

Really polite and attentive staff, great breakfast and overall stay. Only thing that is negative is restricted and limited pool times for children when you’re paying quite a bit for a hotel with a pool.

Takes a long time to run a bath because of the pressure. Not enough room on the balcony. Didn't recieve hashbrowns with breakfast.
