- The hotel was in a great place, and the staff was very polite. Left bags to carry on with our cycle.Food was absolutely amazing for dinner and breakfast. The room was very good size with a great shower.
Cons -
- No email communication, difficult to reach over the phone. “King”size bed is probably 160cm. We dined at the restaurant and it was not that good given the price. There are better options in St Peter.
- We liked everything about this hotel.
- Lack of pavements on some nearby roads.

Everything. The grounds, the rooms, meals, accessibility to public transport and waterfront….
Walking distance to Cobo beach with genuine local Rockmount pubGood breakfastNice restaurant
We liked the location, the accommodations, the coziness, the friendly staff, the on-site and visible manager, the relaxing garden grounds.
We liked everything about this hotel.
Breakfast was delicious.Good range of fresh fruit and cereals and variety of cooked options.Lovely heated outdoor pool in attractive gardens.
Lack of pavements on some nearby roads.
The hotel is in a beautiful building and grounds, fresh flowers on all the dining tables and in the bar area. Our room and the en suite was spacious and nicely decorated, comfy beds. Breakfast was amazing. We visited just before the opening of the pool but the outside area looked lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Honestly nothing!
Superb location, amenities, calm, and quietAbsolutely incredible food Very courteous staff Wonderful pool and property
Pack up breakfast was very helpful and appreciated Very pet friendly Staff very helpful Would definitely come back
Noisy at night, didn’t sleep very well
Everything. It was modern. Clean, comfortable and charming.
The breakfast was excellent. Great choice both on the buffet and from the breakfast menu. Plenty of fresh coffee available!
N/A Everything was great with the stay
Recently-renovated rooms, very quiet and comfortable.Breakfast was cooked to order and was of an excellent quality. The offering for continental breakfast was also very impressive. The staff went out of their way to solve small issues which cropped up. The front of house (Subrato and Ken) were particularly helpful, and the hospitality manager, Deb, was also solution-oriented.All in all, we had a wonderful stay, helped by the beautiful spring weather. Thank you, everybody!
The recent renovations were not of very high quality, which resulted in some things being already broken, despite looking new. However, as stated above, the team worked to solve these issues and to improve our stay.
The hotel was a place where from the moment you entered you felt you could relax and enjoy yourself. In the main hotel the decor was nicely done, lovely colours and some nice local artwork.
I didn’t like the tables in the bar area. When sat down your feet had to go to the side, as they couldn’t go under the table, so, sitting lopsided made your back ache.
Liked the way hotel was so peaceful.everywhere the hotel was spotlessly fresh and clean loved it.would love to go back in the summer months when the swimming pool will be open it loved amazing area.heated pool.we got friendly with bar manager Edger was a real gentleman.always so helpful and friendly.hope to be back again.
Didn't like dogs in hotel rooms and sitting areas.apart from that nothing to dislike.beautiful old farm house..
Breakfast was very good - continental buffet plus a choice of cooked dishes, including full English.
Sound-proofing of the room could be a bit better. We could hear people moving around in the room above and sometimes we could also hear voices. Apart from that the room was very comfortable. I
Comfy bed and great friendly staff. The breakfast was so so good. Close to the beach and nice and clean and welcoming.
From the pictures when you book it shows a room with chairs and more room however we didn’t get this. Also can hear people walking in the hallways clearly.
The staff were all ever so friendly. The food was excellent plenty of choice for breakfast. We dined one evening and couldn't fault the food. The hotel was stunning. Will be sure to stay there on our next visit.
Lovely hotel in an excellent location with hard working staff providing a fantastic service
That we couldn't stay longer!
Easy to get to on the bus, with a stop right outside. The breakfast and dinner were delicious.
