Hotel Pombeira

There is lots of parking and the hotel is close to the motorway. They had a breakfast available in the main hotel building. There were 3 rooms to use; the bedroom, a bathroom and an entrance room which didn't have anything in it.

The hotel could use some maintenance work such as the doors to the rooms. The rooms are separate from the main building. The lighting was a bit dim.

Very friendly staff, wonderful room, excellent breakfast and secure parking in front of room. Easy access to highway, perfect en route to and from Portugal.

The staff were amazing very helpful, they spoke good amount of English,The location of the property was amazing, if u have a car it would be perfect everything is 5 mins away by car. it has a good car park.Breakfast was amazing.I recommend going Parque Da Cidade (free peaceful park)

The beds are a bit uncomfortable

Comfortable beds, with nice ensuite. Small fridge/mini bar. Beautiful breakfast included - free onsite parking. Air conditioned. Bar. Restaurant attached. Location: good. Not far from main highway. Lovely staff.

Hotel a little difficult to find in the dark, but friendly staff and a very large room, decent breakfast.

Tesla Supercharger is near. So, it is a big benefit for travelers with Tesla in Portugal.

It is not an upscale hotel at all. And breakfast may not meet your expectation.

Pleasant

I hadn't realised from the listing that it was a motel, rather than a hotel, with rooms with their own separate entrances directly from the road. Whilst it was useful to be able to park right outside my room, travelling alone and arriving late at night, I felt slightly unsafe, especially as the road was not well lit and the light on the stairway to my first floor room was not working. I mentioned this to the receptionist, and (I think) she said that it worked on a sensor-activated basis but, whether this was the case or not, it definitely wasn't working.

Super friendly staff, and so quite and calm, extremely peaceful ...

Only downfall would no shelf in the bathroom.

Bedroom was nice and clean. Two double beds, great for our family plus two kids. Buffet breakfast included and with a good selection of food and drinks.

Toilet seat was broken but still usable.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. We arrived earlier than expected but the receptionist made us feel very welcome and arranged for our room to be ready at this earlier time. Excellent room and breakfast.

Lovely little hotel situated just off the motorway. Great stopping place on the way back to England from Algarve. Rooms are in a separate row of very nice looking houses built by the hotel, there’s plenty of parking directly outside. We had a nice big room for the 4 of us, it was exceptionally clean. Nice bathroom and shower, also very clean. Very lovely breakfast spread in the morning with fresh pastries. Guarda was only 10 minutes away by car so we visited there in the evening and had dinner in Guarda. Didn’t realise till we came back that there is a restaurant directly outside the hotel that we could have gone to if we didn’t want to travel

I found the bed too hard, but that’s quite subjective.

Great value for money, super friendly staff. The restaurant near the hotel was a really nice one, super tasty and generous portions.
