Good breakfast, room clean and big, huge bathroom. Sad, that we couldn't to use swimming pool and SPA, we arrived too late.

Evening meal and breakfast were both delightful. Staff very attentive.

We had issues with the card machine when checking in, which was somewhat frustrating. However, it worked perfectly in the bar.The hotel was not easy to find using the Sat Nav. We had actually gone past the hotel. Please be on the lookout for it on your left-hand side when leaving the A25.Didn't use the spa because I find swimming caps uncomfortable, not sure why some pools insist on them.

The rooms are very spacious and the breakfast is good. The fireplace in the Lounge Bar makes it cozy and the staff is very welcoming and very kind. The pool temperature is excellent and the Gym staff is very welcoming.

The Spa and Gym are outsourced and the opening hours are a bit offputting since they only opens after 10 am. But otherwise, the gym is well equipped and wasn't jam packed during my stay.

We loved everything. The size of the room, the service, the amenities. Excellent personell as well. I would only suggest if possible to add vegetables for breakfast. Everything else was perfect.

The staff is nice and the rooms as well. We just stayed for one night, so overall was good and we did not experience the sauna or other areas.

The breakfast was just ok… Not a lot of variety, they have some homemade cakes that are either dry or raw. There is a pancake machine that I would have loved to try, but the staff never added batter to it, so it is on to use, but non usable ahah

Clean, comfortable rooms at a very fair price. We can charge our Tesla while we have dinner. The menu of the day is always interesting and good local food. The service form Renato and his young colleague Moaro was exceptional and Renato’s recommendation about red wine sent us to the supermarket the next day to buy several bottles.

A very tired hotel, pool not working, no air conditioning, breakfast equally tired and most other facilities poor. Such a shame , could have be, been so much better...

Indoor's swimming pool floor was a bit dirty (floor outside the pool)

I have used this Hotel for many years for my visits to and frm the Algarve. It offers good value for money and is ideally situated just off the Motorway.Generally the food os OK and the staff always try to help.The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable.

These last two occasions have been unfortunate, to say the least.In June, we had a room above the swimming pool which was infested with flies as soon as we opened the window.This time, my wife discovered a very large beetle type insect in the bathroom. I suppose this last episode can't be blamed on the hotel but coming so soon after the previous experience it was disappointing.Will I use it again? Probably, although it will take time for my confidence to be restored.

Friendly and helpful staff. Large comfortable room. It was lovely to see their vegetable garden. We enjoyed using the pool. The restaurant serves good food.

A unique and very luxurious hotel, I must say that they pay attention to the smallest details so that the stay will be perfect. The breakfast was pleasant and rich. The facilities of the hotel, the staff, the atmosphere, the location - are incomparable. Value for money - excellent.

Everything is great

The location. The stuff (specially in the restaurant), they were super nice. The food was good.

It’s very old hotel. All rooms and floors with carpet… that was not only dirty and old but also smelly. The pool was full with people from outside the hotel so there was no space to sit down or lay down in the shadow.

The receptionist Mariana was outstanding in her help to us non Portuguese speaking customers.Big room and nice communal spaces.Good value for money and decent pool area to escape the heat.

The hotel could benefit fromUpdating the fridges in the rooms..ours was ancient, and perhaps some patio table and chairs for the balconies.

Fabulous staff. Excellent value for money. Buffet breakfast with so much choice. Within easy walking distance of nearby town - great if you want a more traditional Portuguese restaurant/bar. Lots of parking.
