Recepcionists and Rest of staff Dont speak English.rooms was very small. We booked a suite with AC and sitting area we got a ridiculous small room with double bed a twin and a chair . Bathroom was very small and not very clean.

The structure built into and of rocks!

Checkout staff could have been a bit more courteous in resolving an issue.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Perfect for a relaxing break. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure everything was just right. Breakfast was a real highlight, especially the delicious toast perfectly crispy and full of flavor. I would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was a total surprise, not something my wife and I normally eat but it was a very pleasant surprise.

We had dogs barking outside our room, phoned down to front desk they immediately resolved the issue and nothing after that.

Great choice for a calm vacation in Tenerife, it is simple and clean, there’s breakfast and dinner and rooftop swimming pool with a great view

Old style hotel. It looks Family owned. People no specially friendly but very correct. Good breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location, with clean and spacious rooms. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple but good. It’s a traditional-style hotel, so while you shouldn't expect luxurious or modern facilities, it offers a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The breakfast was good, fresh … however a bit limited in its selection. The personalized breakfast service was nice. The beds were extremely comfortable.

There is NO AIR CONDITIONING even though the room advertised there to be. We had to request a fan (which was provided) in order for the room to be comfortable. The bathroom lacked space… the shower was THE smallest I had ever seen.

Confusion at check-in desk. The house-keeper was called, a most delightful, kind and welcoming lady. She quickly resolved the issue - showed us 2 options and let us choose the room we liked best. Delicious wholesome breakfast served with a beaming smile. Fresh rolls, steaming pot of coffee and hot milk, eggs, yoghurt, cheese, ham, fresh fruit.

This hotel just has a lovely feel to it with genuine and caring staff.It's sort of built into the hill close to the historic parts The breakfast was excellent and I would happily stay again and recommend to others Even some English TV channels.I was on a motorbike and the kind lady allowed me to park it in a gated area in front of the hotel.A very pleasant night ??

Close to the bus station and all the key places of interest. Very clean, totally fine if you're staying for 1-2 nights

Lovely and friendly staff. The hotel is a bit old, some of the features and furniture are dated. But it was very well cared for, everything was clean, the sheets smelled fresh and the breakfast was delicious. The location is unbeatable. Try to visit the tower next door, which is free and offers a 360 degree view of the city that is built in the highest continental spot in mainland Portugal.

After 8 pm there is absolutely nothing to do. Although the hotel itself isn't responsible for this, it would be nice to have the option to get a late night snack if needed.

Great room and breakfast. Liked the quirky set in the rock wall. Very close to places to eat in the evening . Closest was very good value.

Not that easy to locate. Parking close for us as in December. Might be a problem if more in holiday season?

Overall the hotel property is very nice, its clean, nicely decorated and its built in an old building. The rate included a breakfast which was very typical. The location worked very well for us and the price was very reasonable.

The rooms are dated and extremely simple. Bed was not very comfortable.
