Room was very clean and quiet, free parking on site. The breakfast was basic but good.

Expected a 'hotel' with proper reception. But staff do not seem to be on-site. Breakfast was good, but the seating is a bit strange – in the lobby itself; feels like a cheap cafe.

Staff and place was great. The town is small but is beautiful and it has a great restaurant. A nice place to stay if you are traveling by car and prefer to stay somewhere else quiet and nice

Civil works happen in hall, the toilet is very small and breakfast is poor

They put our rooms together , being a family of four, that was much better . They accepted our dog and the balcony was ideal .It was clean , and having air conditioning was great with the humidity.Breakfast there was a nice variety. Vagos has a lovely park for kids. And a great burger (Boca do Mundo hamburgueria) restaurant around the corner , 20 mins from Averio, location was fine for our needs.

The air conditioning was very effective. Room was clean, and although small, was perfectly fine. The lady at reception was very helpful. There was an area to park the car behind the hotel which was locked at night. My room did have a balcony but the hotel was so close to the road that I didn't use it.

The area set aside for breakfast was literally the reception area. Not my cup of tea at all.

So this gets an 8 even though it met all my needs, only because my 10s go to exceptional, above average places. Need was comfortable, bathroom was great, but the room was small. However, I didn't hang out on the room, only slept there, so for me, it was fine. There are a couple good restaurants within 10 min walk and some little markets if you need some water or beer or snacks. The staff spoke good English and gave me all kinds of tips and suggestions on what to see and when. I also liked the private parking.

The private parking can fill up fast after 4 pm. I think a lot of workers use this accommodation. When I was there, I was walking out of the apartment around 4 or 5 pm and watched at least 8 vehicles pull in one after another. Parking lot went from 3 cars to full within minutes.

Besides having a parking space and a room over my head to sleep, nothing else.

The breakfast was beyond mediocre: old ham and cheese, cold scrambled eggs left outside and flies on top of them, old wholemeal bread. No variety and no warm food available.The room was very small and the beds (stayed in a twin room) were for kids, at most teenagers, but not adults. I almost fell from the bed when turning at night, that's how small it was!The bathroom and room had no insulation. Every time someone went to the toilet on that floor/adjacent floors, i could hear the water being flushed in my room. A lot of noise also from the elevator which was close to the room. Besides that, the form with exit instructions was visible during the night with the light turned off, because it was glowing in the dark. The checkin experience was very bad too. The door of my room couldn't close and waited 20 extra minutes to be able to get in, after a long travel. Problematic door and overall not in good condition the room/facilities.I also had to get out of the car to open the doors of the parking, blocking the traffic on the street, as there was no option to open it automatic, just manual.Overall, very bad experience. I've stayed in way nicer hostels than this hotel which deserves maximum 1 star.

Incredibly friendly staff who welcomed us with free coffees and milk for our two children. Plus, everything in our rooms was clean and functional. On top of that, the hotel has free parking secure behind a door which closes at night! Absolutely wonderful.

Lovely staff, perfectly clean, location’s also great - 15/20 from Aveiro, they have available parking for guests. Definitely what surprised us the most has been the staff, super attentive!

we had a room on the last floor above the rooms of the family. the doble bed was very old and unconfrtebal. the bathroom with a shower whitch was a transformed bathtub and the hole room to small for 3 persons.

Definitely recommended hotel near Aveiro. Nice and helpful staff, pet-friendly hotel. The breakfast was modest but sufficient. Clean room and no carpet.
