Very clean property! Very quiet since we were the only guests. Good size room.Easy-peasy parking. Wonderful huge fish tank in entry. Best coffee of trip!

Room was kind of too cool. Breakfast consisted of only cold choices—it was adequate, but less than the usual. (We’ve travelled in Europe over 20 times). There were some minor power issues, but maybe just a one off.

Very good stay. Quit big room with all luxury. Good beds. Great breakfast. Nice friendly staf.

Quiet location about 15 min drive from Aveiro , easy secure parking, nice breakfast, comfortable bed, nice bathroom

Booked for 7 nights. There was a dog barking outside the window the whole night. After 2 nights, I couldn’t take and decided to move out. They offered half a refund for all remaining nights only! I expected them to rectify the problem or to offer a full refund

Absolutely everything. From the kindness to Ines and employee there. Kind, golden heart and professional. Access to informations (how to get code and card with a late check in) everything was very clear, with kind words and patience. And the breakfast! My god! Good job! Declicious, original, tasty, and they made us an espresso with real espresso machine. This place is the perfect mix like a great hotel and a fantastic guest house with private bathroom. Nothing. Maybe Just the localisation at first, because seems to be lost from centres but not a game changer for us. We would go for sure a second time!

We only stayed there for one night, but everything seems perfect. Room is clean and spacious, they even have an elevator in the villa for 3 floors, so you can take your luggage on and off very easily. Breakfast is good, not a lot of choices, but for a guesthouse is good enough. The staff are all friendly and helpful, a very peaceful and comfortable one-night stay there in the north of Portugal before we went back to Lisbon.

A bottle of water in the room or an electric kettle would be much better and convenient. As a small village, you may need tolerate neighbour's dog barking at night or the cock crowing in the morning if you are a weak sleeper. Other things are all perfect.

The system with the electronic card to access the building and the room is fantastic, the design of the installations and the room itself is beautiful.The play room with the pool table, big sofa and tv screen allows you to spend a great time.In the morning the breakfast was very diverse with everything fresh and tasty. The owner was very lovely and always concerned with our accommodations for the best service possibleEverything was spotless.Thank you

Breakfast, staff was exceptional

There was no one to help us at 8pm to check in and the instructions were very hard to follow and the phone number we were provided - did not speak English.

The continental breakfast just like in a hotel: with a wide variety of products, both fresh and packed.All the place is very clean and in a good condition, giving the impression that everything is new.The bedroom was well soundproofed and with all the commodities, including a coffee machine. The mattress was comfortable. There is big game room with a vending machine.

The staff was absolutely lovely and so very helpful. They offered a complimentary late checkout and couldn’t have been friendlier.

Construction/work in the garage started pretty early in the am (though I was the only guest there that night).

Very clean and everything looks very well maintained and as new. Single member of staff was very attentive to our needs (we were the only ones there!); the first pillows we had were too hard for us but as soon as this was mentioned softer ones were provided. The facilities are great with a lovely breakfast room and games/TV room.

The only issue for me and my girlfriend was the mattress being very stiff but that is to each person's taste so not a complaint at all.
