Location.Silence. Ac a little noisy and not really effective, in august.Pretty good breakfast.

We stayed in one of the buildings aiacent to the reception. We could hear our neighbours pretty well. :) I guess they could hear us as well.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and they arranged for me to be able to hire ab electric bike which was a brilliant experience - highly recommend. The hotel is just over the road from a lovely swimming spot on Balaton

I had to leave - really would have liked to have stayed longer at this wonderful place!

Location, closeness to the beach, breakfast selection

It's a nice place to stay at. They have a private 'beach' area. We do not swim there but it's great for sightseeing. Also this is a recommendation but you should go there if you have a car, they have a parking lot. The hotel was right in front of the bus station so that's a big plus, but waiting for public transportation is quite long, it can take 1-2 hour for the next trip. There's rarely any taxi around the the price might be quite high to get to the more centric area.

We were staying at on the first floor of the house next to the main building. Wifi was barely working.

Fantastic location, 2-min walk from the beach, exclusive for hotel guests. Room is fine, with amenities you need. Bathroom is of good size. Breakfast is fine, probably would be a bit boring after several days but still OK. Free parking on site, easy driving distance from Tihany and Fured. You need car to go everywhere. Friendly staff.

Great view! Super nice breakfast and dinner options. Working air conditioning. Family friendly, quiet area and nice private beach!

It’s a pity that you can’t seat in front of the hotel without ordering anything from the bar, but it’s really not a big deal.

Private beach - clean , green , good entrance into the water. Breakfast - tasty food, including all what you need for a good day start.Facilities - clean , good , nice. Stuff - amazing people !!! Water attractions is near to the hotel - 200 meters from the hotel you can rent lake swimming equipment...

Small fridge in the room - didn't cool as well.Mosquitos outside - eating you very good.

Everything was clean and it was very comfortable to stay there. Breakfast was good and when i said, i will not be there at breakfast at my first day, they prepared meal box for me at 6 a.m. Thank you so much again. They were very helpful and they gave detail responses to my questions. Hotel also has private beach, it is a plus.

I enjoy a lot of at the private beach however when it came to swim, it changed. Water was not clean. It is good place to relax but i think for the swim, one of the near beach could be prefered.

I booked and paid for one basic room and one better room with a view. I got two basic rooms. Because payment had been done several days in advance I could not go back and check the booking. Very disappointing. Management said this had happened before with Booking.com bookings.

Perfect location - easy to come to, not far from Tihany centre yet quiet and surrounded with green. Parking place in front of the building. House freshly renovated. Furnishing in modern style. Kitchen well equipped. Bathroom at 1st floor and toilet on the ground floor. 3 bedrooms and 1 day room. Garden set to eat outside the building. Very clean. Friendly staff. WiFi working well.

The property is in fact small family house (no walls to share with your neighbours). It was well prepared: clean and cozy. The property offers a private parking and small spot to eat outside.

Good location, lovely little private beach.

It was okay. Room and bathroom were clean, rather outdated though. Staff was okay however they didn't go out of their way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was mediocre, cheap bread rolls, some nice fruits but they didn't bother to refill. Wasps at the terrace dining tables in the flower beds.

Tihany is a beautiful and quiet peninsula! The hotel is great located, friendly staff, private beach, great surroundings! It was quiet and very relaxing, comfortable room, good breakfast!

We booked with breakfast and dinner included in the room rate. Breakfast was very good with plenty of selections, for dinner we had to choose between two offerings but was acceptable for the price. Dinner was also available a la carte. The hotel is very quiet, room was clean, good parking, we enjoyed the nice private beach and the the patio with a beautiful lake view (sunrise is spectacular from the beach). Definitely would stay there again and recommend it to others.

It was excellent, there is nothing to complain about.

The Access to the private beach

Almost nobody from the service was speaking english.The walls were very thin and as Doors to the room were very heavy, other guests were slamming them sińce 7am and it was very gard to sleep and have a good rest.Mediocre room, the curtains were too short and they didnt Dover the whole window
