The Beach near to them not giving people option to bring their own water !!! It's terrible.You can get into it for free but than you must to buy everything from them.. drinks and food..

The breakfast was really tasty. They even opened the bar for us after midnight to have some drinks.

The bathroom was a bit outdated and the shower tap clogged. The bed was not the best but it was ok.

Room was sold as "lake view," and whilst the room did face toward the lake, there was no view at all except on to the carpark. I would have booked a normal room for substantially less had I known this in advance.

I appreciated how kind, proactive and nice was the staff. Even if we have an issue with the air conditioning in our room, the lady from front desk was very nice to change the room without having us the chance to ask for it. Also, the owners are very friendly and offered us free water and bug spray while staying on the terrace. This kind of behavior makes your forget about small inconveniences, like having a completed shower and not bathtub (which I understood that they are preparing to make changes).The breakfast was more than decent and the availability of the parking place was a huge deal for us.

I appreciated the possibilities of what it could be of better care was taken and attention to the customers needs.

Everything was over 20 years old and smelled like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. You can tell the staff was doing the best with what they have to work with but there is clearly no love in this property. It’s a money pit just to bed a person down and charge for every small transaction. This breakfast was terrible. I read many reviews of its breakfast but it was a list of items bought at Tesco and thrown on plates. Sad at best. No romance. There is a really long list of gin options. I guess if you love gin you’d be in heaven.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious and staff are most kind, professional and helpful. My husband and I spent a long weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we were offered a glass of prosecco on the first evening as well.

There was no mosquito net on the window/balcony door. If you don't want to use the AC, you can only leave the balcony door completely open - animals like cats for instance can come in anytime, which is very unpractical at night.The hairdryer is extremely old and completely unefficient.

Location away from the busy town. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast and AC. Big and comfortable room comfy big bed. WiFi.

Tv channels only in Hungarian. The bathroom was clean but a bit dated.

everything- mold on ham!! disgusting and man at the breakfast did not apologize at all, did not say anything- did not serve during opening hours of bar- owner behave aggressively and was really ofensive

The location was good, also the parking was easy. The room was not a hotel room but more of a ballroom, it was huge.

Shower rail detached from the wall when I tried to adjust the showerhead. Also the bathtub drain switch stayed in my hand when i tried to turn it to open the drain. Not the kind of issues you expect but not the end of the world either.

It wasn’t all bad, though. The room was facing north, so no noise from the street (although I doubt there was any on the other side). It was clean when we came in and we opted for no having it cleaned during our stay. Breakfasts were good enough, although felt repetitive. Kudos for having a decent coffee machine, it always goes a long way. While dining outside, you could enjoy a view at a small marina (partially blocked, but still). There was enough parking spaces for guests, free of charge. The level of communication (English-speaking wise) was sufficient, which we found not to be a norm in Hungary. We went for a popular drink at a bar, it was tasty, the price was paid at the end of the stay and it didn’t feel like a total rip-off - 2700 HUF is right on the edge of being an acceptable amount, compared to prices found elsewhere.

The room was spacious enough, the toilet, too, although I still can’t figure out why the bathroom door was opening inside, making it a bit complicated to navigate in there. The was no storage in the bathroom, too, just a small shelf above the sink. The bed was a bit squishy and squeaky, and it was rather low. Thank goodness for the AC, because the corridor was immensely stuffy.

Quiet location next to the lake, with an elegant atmosphere. Superb breakfast, and the cozy terrace where you can have it is a huge plus. Friendly staff.

The location is not optimal if you don't drive - there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel but the schedule is pretty useless, and on foot it takes 15 minutes to get to the ferry station and 25-30 to the centre.The ventilation in the hallways could be improved, it looks nice with the big glass surfaces but it gets super hot during the day.

Nice staff, great location, delicious breakfast, cozy beach.

We loved the balcony and the bar area. The food&drinks were excellent such as the breakfast too.
