There was a problem in our booking reservation and when we got there they told us that everything is ok but the day after we were told we need to pay extra money. The rooms smells like mold. The room was really cold with no proper blankets. The owner of the hotel was rude to us.

In every way, this hotel is amazing. However, the most amazing part was the staff. What a friendly people they got. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, everyone was so sweet and professional. This hotel is so cute and the view is amazing too. If I travel to Agios Ioannis again, it will be because I want to stay at Hotel Kentrikon again. Thank you so much for the amazing experience. P.S. my son misses Tito

Everything! Location is excellent, room is comfortable and well equipped. The whole hotel is extremely nice designed and has unique warm atmosphere. Staff is GREAT. Exceptional!

Everything!! From the super friendly staff who make you feel like you're visiting your closest family rather than being just another tourist, to the delicious homemade breakfast... And OMG – that cozy, home-like atmosphere, the charm of the place, and those gorgeous, giant hydrangeas... absolutely unforgettable! And I won't remember all the names but Leti, Alex, our Bulgarian friend, Tito, housekeeper - - big THNAK YOU! You all went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful ❤️

Honestly, everything was great! Just one thing to keep in mind – the rooms are spread out across different levels, so there are quite a few stairs to climb to get to your room. It’s not a problem at all, but something to be aware of when booking.I stayed there while 4.5 months pregnant – it was still a lovely experience and I managed just fine, but next time I might ask for a room on a lower level for extra comfort.

We had to pay for a parking spot, but we were glad we had a secure place for the car, so it all worked out.

This is the familiy hotel and the atmosphere there is amazing. Everyone are really welcoming and the breakfast is amazing. The view from the room is also very nice.

The room where we stayed with a see view was quite old and the bed is not very comfortable.

Worst hotel I have been to in quite some time. What you'll get is not what's in pictures

The worst hotel that I booked in the last 5 years and probably the worst hotel I have been to in the last 10-15 years. They show a few redecorated rooms in one part of hotel and they give you run down and small rooms that weren't redecorated from '90s (with broken knobs, furniture etc.) way up the hill. I can go on... I am shocked that booking is allowing this! In addition, they are unpleasant and they openly criticise you for making a reservation through booking.com instead of directly. It was so bad that we left after a day (throwing away the money that we prepaid)... Don't fall for this fraud

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel during my vacation. The place was very clean, the breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of delicious options.The highlight of our stay was the breathtaking sea view from our room. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway!

If there is song Mountain road take me home, this can describe our holiday in Ketrikon hotel. We were treated not only like guests but as a members of Leventis family. It was lovely time spent there and my daughter was crying when we left, she wanted to stay longer. Our two small dogs highly recommend to stay there also. :)

There is better Wifi on balcony than in the room what made me to spent more time on the fresh air :0)

The hospitality of the family running the hotel. Great breakfast made by Violeta. Eleny was so nice helping with every question and Alexis was so nice. The hotel is super clean very well located in the central village very close to the beach, restuarnts.there is parking just on the road if you are stsying at the upper rooms.

Its not that we didnt like but shower could be better with wall against water coming out.

Very clean, nicely decorated, gorgeus view to the sea from the balcony, very large and very confy bed, very frendly staff. We had the superior room wich was located on the top of the property, so we had very easy acces to the road behind the property and also could park our car there. Very tasty breakfast with fresh home made dessert.

The people working in Kentrikon were amazing! They offered us advices on what to visit, and they were very friendly during the breakfast, always eager to have happy small talk with us!

staff and owners, best ever breakfast - daily home made Greek specialities and pies, easy access to 2-off beach and lots of restaurants, view - for some rooms only. parking available on request and extra charge.

stairs could be an issue - 112 if you are at too building. Some rooms need some repairs- initially we received a flat with mold on the wall (executive) and we have been moved to a smaller flat receiving a re found and free parking services. they were even trying to find a similar flat on different hotel.
