Best Western Park Hotel Geneve-Thoiry

Nothing. I didn't stay there. I needed a airport hotel to fly out of Geneva. This place advertised as an 'Airport Hotel'. It's an hour from the airport!!!! WOn't refund my money for a room that was never used/

Basically lied about location then won't refund my money for an unused room. Thief.

This hotel is excellent value for the money. We even received a room upgrade. The breakfast was very good, the room was clean, and the staff was polite. Overall, it was a perfect stay.

Reasonable place to stay when you’re passing through! We arrived on a Sunday so there’s not many options for things to see and do so my opinion might be quite different from someone arriving during the week. Glad hotel had a few options for localwine as we were looking for a nice glass of red to complement the meal we’d picked up along the way… the gentleman at the front desk knew his wines and we appreciated his recommendation (turned out to be a good choice)

The things we found a little to our disliking was a) our room smelled of stale smoke (which the front desk came up and sprayed for us).. front desk said people often smoke on the balcony… and b) the shower didn’t have much volume and the water kept switching between hot and cool!

Internet although available everywhere, it was too congested or filtered to a point that you could not work many times, especially if real time communication was needed. remote work if requiring a VPN or a remote desktop was not possible. only basic web page browsing / email download. Internet is like water, you want this to flow freely.

Two rooms are comfortably equipped, with small kitchen, including the refrigerator and dish washing mashine. Some rooms have a stunning view of the Jura mountains. The room I ordered was not aavailable and thay gave us an even larger room with huge terrace.

It is not the hotel's fault but I was dissapointed that pizzeria across the fence has been closed for good. It was a good and convenient place for dinner

the breakfast was awful, They had only one person to serve the entire hotel - the person did his best but it is impossible to keep the place clean only with one person. As result, there wasn't food at 9.30 A.M. all the tables were dirty, we managed to eat only one slice of bread with jam and we paid for that 14 euro pp.

Scary night! Terrible event

Picture frame hanging over the bed, while we are sleeping in the middle of the night, fell down into our head and we woke up suddenly whitout knowing what is happening. Then noticed that an heavy picture frame fell down causing big pain. It was like a scary movie and very disturbing, uncomfotable night.Even i report it to the reception while we check-out no execuse from the management.

Breakfast was delicious. Good selection, including the Smoked Salmon!Staff was very friendly and on point!

No air conditioning Unfortunately we were there during the terrible heatwave

Rooms were absolutely clean and comfortable. We had an awesome terrace. Staff was helpful. Gave me an extra fan. Very safe area.

It has no air conditioner but at night since you’re near a mountain area a nice breeze comes in when you open the terrace door.

One day we ran out of milk and unfortunately all the grocery stores are all closed. Hizmat, the receptionist, was so kind and gracious to give us milk. I really appreciate his kindness. Will definitely come back!!!

WiFi is really bad. Connection is very poor and unstable, disconnects you every 10 mins. I told them the issue and they have just said they rebooted it, nothing changed.Kitchen area is very small.

Easy booking possibility; Reception were friendly; Drinking Water available in all floors

In the bedroom, the door couldn't be closed becoz it was hitting with the bed. There were no cleaning material provided for the kitchen! Food was very dry & not tasty at all.

This was my second time here, the stuff were always very polite and helpful. Rooms are very clean and towels/sheets smell so good. I recommend everyone to stay here.
