Very good location in heart of Viseu. Easy and free parking on site.

Brown water came out of the bathroom sink faucet when I ran it for the first minute until it cleared. The room had a distinct smell of mildew or mold.

Location and staff were both wonderful. Parking was easy on this occasion. The pool was lovely, but if you like the quiet times, this is not the place for you. Breakfast was quite nice!

The place looked a little tired. Seen better days. The carpets were a little worn and dirty in some places including corridors and the room. No room amenities.

Everything was perfect, located near the historic centre, friendly staff, nice room with all the accommodations and a really good extensive breakfast (included).

We didn’t gave a perfect note because the bathroom is a little bit outdated, but it did the job.

our room was close to the elevator. It destroyed the night. It was so noisy. Besides, the soundproofing is bad. You hear your neighbors.

Excellent location and good complimentary breakfast. The rooms with a patio are lovely.

We stayed for 10 days and found the lack of storage space an issue. No where to put close. Also no where to put shower utensils just on floor.

Good location, some recent renovations.

Carpets on 2nd floor are old and lifting, causing tripping hazard. Washrooms need some updating.

Good views, amazing breakfast with plenty of options, quiet rooms.

The room was okay, was expecting something a bit more modern, some of the lamps in the room weren't working, but we made due. The bathroom is outdated, but clean nonetheless. The AC didn't really cool down the room, had to open the window to be able to sleep.

The location

As a long time client of this hotel, without spa by the time I used to go there, found the spa just done to be able to say "the hotel has a spa". Definitely without care for the details as the hotel was done.

We liked the room and the location a LOT. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was impeccably clean.

We didn't like that the space in the indoor swimming pool was tiny and the spa facilities were the same. The lighting in the room is very low but it didn't effect us as we weren't working.

Breakfast was good , but the best in the property was the shower water pressure

Old , still use shower curtains in old baths , the lobby and various Lounges are huge Must be great for weddings and parties but the most important thing for me is the room where im going to spend the night ,and it was tiny. The windows where so old the i could not even close them

The rooms are a little bit old and need some refresh. Breakfast could be better with more opciones of fruit and hot dishes.

We loved our stay here. We were very well looked after and were very happy that the hotel was in the city center. The hotel is beautiful. The room is charming. Best part of our trip. And the perfect breakfast.

Great location, friendly staff and spacious room although a little tired but that’s reflected in the price. So not bad at all. Breakfast was a very good spread and was kept topped up right up to end of breakfast time.

For me the bed was just too hard, I am a pretty sound sleeper and not particularly fussy but I found this bed so hard.

Location of the Hotel is amazing. Right at the center of the city, which is amazing. Breakfast has a lot of options including lactose free milk which was positive as well.

The old has a very old vibe and furniture it self. The smell is not that great as well and the facilities with Pool and Gym are far from the expectations for a 4* Hotel.

Location was good, just a short walk into the old town which was spectacular. Plenty of bars and restaurants. The breakfast was amazing, all you could want and plenty of it. Parking outside the hotel.

I made a mistake during booking - twin room for one person. When I checked in (with my wife), no one mentioned this and I was not informed of an extra €25 cost until checkout. I told the desk clerk that they should have told me at checkin. They replied 'OK' which was an inappropriate response.The extra cost was double the amount needed to book a twin room for two people.Room Issues:Both original and addtional windows did not lock properlyToilet seat was loose and not straight.Noise from adjacent room plumbing.Noise in the corridors late at night.

Staff was great , food was very good with great free breakfast
