Hotel Durao

Very friendly staff. The bedroom was very clean. Also a very good breakfast.

Just found the carpets in the hallway did not give a good impression. But everything else was clean.

It’s Location

Customer service at check in. Representative was unaware of payment and reservation. Clearly obvious that he needs help

Quality vs price is as good as it gets. Location is great and very clean and enjoyable.

Staff was super friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable. Exactly what was needed for a quick trip to sleep. Also breakfast was perfect.

Was pretty clean! The staff super friendly, also nice food (dinner and breakfast) ???? for sure I’ll be back

Friendly and helpful staff, many spoke English, great hot English buffet breakfast with daily variety included, very clean.

Housekeeping was a tiny bit hit and miss. WiFi signal strength was poor for most of my stay despite a router reboot. Minor inconvenience, I used data. Some advice about walking times not quite spot on. But these are all minor points. Overall very satisfied.

Friendly stuff. Very nice hotel in the process of refurbrishing. Our room had brand new bathroom, new bed but still few older furnitures (which we think will be replaced as well soon). There was still works going on, but as we were staying during weekend didn't experience any disturbance or noise. It will be finish to nice standards when finish. Can recomend. Everything was clean and the facilities were working. Free parking available. Good breakfast with variety of choices.

I loved the hotel, and the staff were friendly and very supportive. Buffet breakfast was very delicious too.

I had no issues at all. It's absolutely amazing

Nothing at all. This was the worst hotel in my life. You are greeted by a very strong musty odor when you enter the room. The room and bathroom smell stale and damp. I informed the front desk and ask for another room and but no luck.

I could not like anything because of the strong musty odor coming from the bathroom and the room. It smells stale and damp. The front desk did not change the room in spite of the odor. The smell was so bad that we went outside to minimize the time in the room. I think this hotel is a health hazard.

Comfortable bed, pillows and sheets. Good room size and bathroom. It has parking even it is not listed in booking. Nice and kind service from employees.

Top shelf inside the closet had piled up dust for over a month or more. Breakfast was a bit towards low quality products.

Very clean rooms, good breakfast - everything you need. I asked for a late check-out and they offered me to stay until 4pm. Very kind personnel, will come back for sure, if I'm in the region again!

everything was perfect

Clean , comfortable , big room with balcony . Safe storage for bike

Location, carpark. Comfy bed. Good breakfast options. Friendly staff. Clean

Curtain over the bathLight in morning coming through the blinds

I liked the fact that the hotel is in front of continente supermercado and Leroy Merlin store. Also the air condition in the room is supererb

Wish there was a fridge in the room. Also, when I moved the bed little I saw dirt on the floor.Regarding the breakfast, I loved to see some tomato and pepino.

The staff was kind. There's free parking in the garage. The bedrooms are spatious.

The double bed was too small. One of the bedrooms wasn't ready when we arrived even though we got there 2 hours past the beginning of the check in time. The chairs in the eating area were uncomfortable.

the parking was excellent

breakfast was underwhelming. but the staff made up for it! ?

The lady at the reception was very interested, smiling and helpful in every matter.

The location was not good, it has a walking distance of about 25 minutes to the center.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good buffet Breakfast.

The bathroom appearance conditions. (some mold in the tub)

Very nice hotel. Everything was clean and the facilities were working. Good location with free parking available outside.

The breakfast could be better
