Hotel La Fontaine

Excellent staff, very helpful. rooms are OK, not luxury but comfy.

I didn't like the eggs at breakfast, they not natural eggs. Eggs in a box.

The staff was amazing! Helpful, kind! The rooms are correct and clean! This hotel should be 4“?

The gym‘s equipments are not working:(

Staff and room is comfortable

No fridge in the room.No glass for drinksPool is closed

- The staff was really helpful and kind. - Easy public parking out front. - Rooms fairly well soundproofed. Neighbor played music out on balcony, but could not be heard inside room once doors were closed. - Respectable breakfast selection.

- Facilities (carpet, paint, etc.) gave a bit of The Shining vibes, especially as it was off-season. (Suggest some quick touch-ups during this down time.) - No mini refrigerator. - "Spa" was two closet sized rooms, though to be fair, maybe spa/termas has a different connotation in Portugal than in other countries.

This hotel was probably the best hotel I've visited for a long time. Super nice staff, room was just perfect and the breakfast was exactly what I could have hoped for. So much better hotel than what could be expected at this price!

I have absolutely nothing bad to say.

Convenient and smart

Pool didn’t open until 9am by which time we had to check out and leave . Earlier opening would have been good.

Large comfortable room and huge bed. 24h reception. Bar not expensive.Very good breakfast buffet with good unlimited coffee ?

Location has limited facilities within walking distance.

The perfect bath for recharge and an excellent breakfast with a lot of options. Very attentive 24hrs staff

pool and location

ac not working and room really hot

Checkin was a nightmare as the female clerk refused any accomodation when I arrived early. I was refused entry until after 3pm. Thankfully there were laundry facilities in the community and I was able to entertain myself washing clothes....Worth looking elsewhere.

The bed was super comfortable and the reception staff were friendly, informative and professional

Everything was amazing from the stuff, cleanliness breakfast

I wouldn't say I didn't like just think hotel needs a small revamp

Easy access, friendly night receptionist, big room, nice and clean pool we saw . Easy parking in front. Good value for money

There was no light in the elevator at night, nor the next morning. We wanted to signal this to reception when checking out and picking up our invoice. But the lady receptionist was too busy walking up and down on her phone in front of the entrance - so we left

Great room, very clean, giant bed, balcony, pool, jacuzzi, superb receptionist!!!!

Great preople very friendly, nice room and good breakfast. Thank you

Family-friendly hotel.Good swimming pool. 3 km from the beach. Nice array of drinks (wine) available.

Was clean and tidy With decent breakfast

The pool was not accessible even though it was very hot they wouldn’t let us in as said it was out of Season

Everything. Enormous room, plenty of space, very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A good breakfast. Lovely pool, jacuzzi. A beach is a short drive away. Plenty of free public parking just in front of the hotel.

Very good breakfast, nice, helpfull reception, free parking, nice size room with balcony, clean hotel. Recommended.
