Easy access to airport.

Poor breakfast selection and no staff present. Hotel is old "motel" property with rooms exiting to the street. Property needs updating!

The area where our room was was fairly quiet however the hotel is located very close to a very busy road. The bed was very comfortable so are the pillows.

The restaurant was too close to the roadway and eating dinner was like sitting beside a busy roadway. When we went down for breakfast, there was no breakfast left and people were waiting in line. They underestimated the amount of guests in the hotel. It was very difficult to find the check-in. We went to four different locations before we finally found the registration desk. They need better signage.

the pool is nice

Well there considering the price is not that bad the room was kind of small but good bed and was clean

The pool and property need more maintenance. The room have a big closet for small room.

Breakfast was mediocre at best. No silverware available limited amount of food no cups or glasses had to ask or things staff very disinterested in providing friendly service.

Rooms did not offer simple amenities you would find at any hotel such as iron, hair dryer. Coffee machine in the room but no coffee so what’s the point? I have stayed at this property a number of times and unfortunately seeing the decline. I will not stay here again because for what you get it is not worth it.

Very friendly staff. dedicated employees for cleaning and attending in restaurant. Customer service and installations.

Hotel installations, despite due to its size, maintenance and condition of certain areas, such as kids' playground and gardens need attention. Perhaps additional options for breakfast.

The ubication, privacity and the pool

The room coffee was ugly and there wasn’t sugar. It was so hot inside when we arrived, it would help to put on the air conditioner before the check in to make it comfortable

The rooms are nice and big and very clean. The restaurant was pleasant and had good food choices. The grounds are pretty with a small lake on site.

Why does the pool areas need extra loud blaring music all day? That makes me stay away from it. No coffee making facilities in room.

Nice room, great price. Breakfast included.

Long haul up many stairs to restaurant

The restaurant was reasonably priced and the food was good.

The music at the swimming pool was too loud. The coffee making facilities in the room were not refreshed when the room was cleaned.

The hotel is really very nice, situated in a beautiful environment, silence is granted because is situated far away from any source of noise.The staff was very kind to us acting in and kind a professional way.The room was wide and well illuminated, facing the huge pond surrounding the hotel.Breakfast was served in a wide environment, in the open air or in an air conditioned room at guests' choice.The whole structure is well worthing the money we paid and we had a pleasant staying.

Room cleaning was not adequate, should be better. We think it was also due to lack of supervision.Breakfast, self service, was abundant but the taste of food should be improved.Moreover the fact of serving chicharrones early in the morning should be reconsidered.

Good breakfast and location

Hotel administration must to buy new towels and bed sheets. Humidity inside bedroom were very high. Our assigned bedroom requires urgently deep cleaning and maintenance.

We liked that it was a quiet and peaceful place to rest.

It doesn't have much maintenance in general. The walls of the room were dirty, as if they hadn't been painted for a long time. The toilet lid was broken. The bed cushions had a damp smell and so did the room. The breakfast was very tasty and had many options, but very little for an adult, the portions were like those for a child.

My room had a coffee machine and cups ,but no coffee nor tea , sugar, and creamers were provided . I asked for some. I was told to go to the restaurant . They gave me some ground coffee in a cup . When I asked for milk, they told me I needed to pay for it . I don't understand why there's a coffee maker when there's no coffee. And this was not just this time. I had stayed the week before , and it was the same. I mentioned it to the front desk, but I got no response or an apology.Also the rooms weren't very clean. At least the ones we stayed . There was garbage in one of the bins .mirrors were dirty. We had a suite ... One of the beds had hair and dirt on the sheets . Cobwebs on widows..I think the suites weren't used for a while, and they weren't checked before we arrived just to make sure everything OK.Regardless, I would stay there again.

It was buffet breakfast. But the first day was serve breakfast. It took 1 hour to serve us. Bathroom was dark. No windows and no extractor. Bed linens were very old and rag.

It was dirty, both floor and bathrooms. Even insects were dead in the room and bathroom.

Room was very clean, front desk staff were awesome. The grounds are well kept and beautiful.

All but one door wouldn’t close and latch. They will need some attention.
