Chrousso Village

the pools, the foods, the gentle staff, mostly everything was perfect!

Everything was great -food, staff, room. There is also very nice beach near the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel and are very satisfied with everything. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was delicious with a great variety, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Clean room, nice staff, good food, overall a great experience. Nice atmosphere in the evening at the bar. The swimming pool is ok but half of it is deep, very good for swimming but not so good for kids. It is our second time here and I hope this is only the start.

The bathroom is not so big. The beach is 20 minutes away walking, a little bit too much on sunny day, but you can go by car, there is a parking there.

The hotel's cleanliness, comfort, and breakfast are great. The beach is wonderful. The staff is very attentive and meets requests meticulously. We come here every year and will continue to do so. You can stay here without hesitation.

I liked everything very much

We stayed in end of summer season, not so crowded with good price. We got free upgrade again to Suite which is comfortable and clean. Thank Chrousso village. Friendly staffs—we were surprised that restaurant manager, bar manager, room clean ladies and Thodoris recognized us immediately and warm greeting us. This was 4th time to stay in hotel and there is always something new and improved in Hotel( hotel review in booking.com from 7,9 in the beginning to 8,6 scores now). In Restaurant, they provide new live cook area to grill fish, chicken and cook eggs. I am surprised they offer whole fish first time. There are some new cocktails in bar all inclusive menu. We were happy to taste new ones. Overall we enjoyed to stay in Chrousso Village. I recommend guests can book in begin or end of summer to get lower price and more pleasant without crowded people.

There were always flies in restaurant. That bothered us. Guests need to be very careful of slippery ground in bar area, swim pool and stairs. I was almost fell down a couple of times because of slippery ground.

We really liked almost everything about this hotel: it is clean, it is close to the sea, the staff is very friendly and the music evenings were extremely enjoyable. Generally speaking this hotel is mostly perfect, especially for its price.

Buffet was middle at best. The room and facilities are outdated, the food location was a little chaotic, not everything had labels and the food itself is mediocre at best - we ended up eating mostly salad - everything else was not that enjoyable, especially meat dishes. Even drinks tasted chemical. Not fans of that. The only cool thing there were desserts - ice cream, cream desserts and local desserts were fantastic.The second small issue - room service time. This hotel has the earliest time for that (9 in the morning). The smart home labelling("do not disturb" and "please clean our room") system didn't work, so we tried to use paper ones and housekeeping missed our room a few times because of that.

1) The animation programme until 23h and later was insanely loud with people shouting on the microphone… as a comparison, last year we were told the tennis court is open after 10am and before 19h due to the noise...?!?!2) Food was eatable, but very much mediocre!3) Upon arrival, we were charged a weird tax of 7eur/room/day. Asked what it was about at reception but the answer I got was vague and incomplete. Later I learnt, by googling what’s this all about, that it’s a new “climate crisis” tax as of 2024… but I was left with a bad after-taste upon check-in for the reception folks not taking the time to explain this to me as something normal (but new).

The hotel was excellent, surrounded by beautiful garden and outside natural trees. Food extremely delicious and you can feel the cleanliness of the cuisine and staff serving it.

Rooms are not very well isolated from noises, you can hear the others guests in their rooms.

The hotel is suitable for families with children. There is a beautiful garden, swimming pool, good entertainment team, Italian restaurant with delicious pizza. The beach is sandy and clean. There are nice beach bars, but the price is a bit higher.

the breakfast was quite simple , the same every day

This is a perfect place for vacations with small children. The Village is well equipped, the food is good and diverse enough, the staff is very professional and always nice. The walk to the beach is short and through the woods, without traffic. It's definitely a place to return.

As a suggestion, I would recommend the Village to have laundry service. We stayed 9 nights and missed that service. It would have been perfect if they had it.

The room was not as the photographs ib Booking photo gallery. If I knew, I would not select the premises , especially for the price (EUR150 per night !! incl. breakfast). The room looked dated and would require some refurbishment. You can easily get the same and better quality room with half the money. Breakfast was OK, as most all-inclusive establishments offere quantity but not particularly great quality. I am the kind of person that loves coffee, and the coffee from the machine that was served in breakfast was awful.

The environment is relaxing and very organised, among hills of trees. Breakfast, lunch and and dinner offer a lot of options, the quality is not perfect but quite good. The room (renovated) was modern and stylish. AC and bathroom facilities worked perfectly. The two swimming pools (especially the central) were a paradise for our kids. A nice pool bar is right by the pool. The beach is 3 min away by car or 10 min wlking via a small alley. The hotel staff is always there to help! A small mini market with all the essentials is right next to the hotel (literally next to it).

AC should be on in the main restaurant during lunch and dinner, sometimes we felt a bit sweaty while eating. The music played in the main restaurant should exclude (me thinks!) modern greek songs and concentrate on more lounge music. The tennis court was good, we would love to see a football court!!! Please remember we stayed in a revonated room.

Absolutely exceptional! This is an amazing resort, it is paradise! This is our second visit and we will surely return. The staff are incredible! The restaurant manager Christos is wonderful as well as Pollyanna! Adam and Kasha are brilliant, positive and fantastic entertainers. The people as well as the resort are amazing and we made lots of great memories. There are fun activities or music every night which was exceptional. The nearby Paliouri beach is the best in Halkidiki. The food was also fantastic, lots of variety and great quality. We thank you Chrousso Village and we will definitely return!
