Location is great, stuff is very friendly brand new hotel

My 3-night, 4-day vacation at Laguna Resort was a very pleasant experience. The resort is well-maintained, clean, and offers a peaceful and relaxing environment. The room was comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The staff showed care and hospitality at every moment, which made the accommodation even more pleasant. The food was varied and delicious, while the views and opportunities for relaxation in the pool or at the sea were wonderful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality vacation.

Dinner and breakfast is always late … if you have some time like 2 hrs to wait then take this hotel!

Clean, and location is good… sun shades are so close to each other!

The hotel is small, just 18 rooms. Very good place for vacation, when you don't need animation and other activities. Very good rooms, very comfortable sunbeds. Also I want to highlight the staff, always ready to help, always available. The beach is clean, with some rocks, water was very clean. The waiters on the beach are always available, or you can order online with just scanning the QR code from the umbrella. Service is really good!

1) the breakfasts are served with the menu, it really takes time to get your order, sometimes it was around 40 minutes2) the music on the beach is loud, it can be with lower volume to be able to speak without raising the voice

We’ve had a great time and enjoyed every moment of our holiday. The whole resort is modern and very clean which for us is the most important thing. The staff was very nice and attentive. You have everything you need at your disposal, beach towels, beach bar, restaurant for dinner ( food was great and also the breakfast was good ) and on top of that the resort is placed in a quite area away from all the buzz of the center area. Overall it was a nice and relaxing holiday, for sure we will come back it was a great choice!

Lovely small beach hotel, modern and clean, with everything we wanted: pool (including the shallow end for the kids, and the pool bar!), beach with lovely beach beds free for hotel guests, nice lounge music throughout the day, decent food, overall great vibes and a perfect effortless hotel stay yet nothing like a busy charmless all-inclusive. Was perfect for us as a family to unwind for a week.

Nothing major really, just a few points to note: the beach/seafloor is pebbly but after reading previous reviews we knew to expect this and got ourselves beach socks super cheap on Amazon, so with those on it was very comfy. Also as others said, there are some cats - but they are everywhere in Greece so wasn’t a nuisance for us, in fact an entertainment for the kids so my husband and I could actually finish our breakfast in peace :) There are also mosquitoes but the hotel rooms come with the plug-ins so not a problem at night.

1.Lack of sunbeds sometimes and they have an excuse that they phoned you beforehand to let you know (that's a big lie)2.After 11 pm, you have no water in the toilet, neither for personal hygiene, nor for showering3.Waiters on the beach after 4 pm are not helpful and pretend not to see you

Very good breakfast, quite beach, comfy sunbeds.It was very nice that we got towels for the beach/pool everyday.

You can include expresso in the breakfast menu.Location not that perfect for walking. It was a bit far to walk to the closest city

Staff, hotel, bar, restaurant, beach, guests, clean room - everything is clean (most important for me, because I have child).

Good location for relaxing on the beach. Beach was great. Water very clean and clear. Dedicated sunbeds, included in the room price. Breakfast was very good. Room was very nice and clean with contemporary decor. Bed was comfortable.

Many of the staff were unfriendly, some even bordering on rude. However, others were very friendly and helpful, so it really depends on who you are dealing with. The room was very expensive and we expected a higher level of service. Not really five-star service. This is a four-star hotel at best. Food at the Oliva restaurant was just OK and very overpriced.

Convenient location, everything is nearby restaurant, pool, beach. There are reserved places on the beach for hotel guests, there is a lifeguard at the pool and children can play peacefully. Great breakfast, good restaurant. Free parking, enough parking space. Impeccable level of service. You have everything in the hotel.

We are visiting the hotel for the first time in July, there is a general problem with the electrical installation in the area when the temperatures are very high. One of the days there was a continuous power cut and no air conditioning all night, it was very hot. They fixed the problem locally with the generator. A general solution is needed for prices of 450+ euros per night such a serious problem can't be allowed. It was also very hot during the day in the restaurant. We wouldn't visit again in very warm weather, but other times it's a favorite of ours.

Breakfast was very good and fresh.You can find something for every taste and as much you need.Position of the Resort is excellent,including free parking place for your car.Staff is more than professional.Room are so comfortable and clean.

I have only one suggestion.Wi FI in room,where I was placed, was’t so good.But Wi Fi outside and on the beach was excellent .

The hotel has a large parking lot. The room was wide enough, cleaned well. Friendly staff. The team at the pool bar extremely friendly and responsive. The beach is 20-30 meters from your room.

The poor breakfast is under all criticism, it definitely does not correspond to the categorization of the hotel. During breakfast you do not have espresso included, you have to buy it from the pool bar. However, if you drink frappe or fresh drinks, they are included in the breakfast, some strange hotel policy. Scrambled eggs, omelet, etc. you can order from a menu, which menu was provided to me once in a few days. Small distance between umbrellas. Some days there are events in the restaurant, they invite a DJ and in the evening the music is loud, just as you fall asleep.

Beautiful and very peaceful. Great location and very friendly staff - everyone made out stay really comforting and we felt like being at home. Modern, clean and minimalist design. Great restaurant with a delicious food, nice pool and beach area.

Some small details here and there in the room need to be replaced.

Location is not bad

Breakfast is very inadequate. They call it the land of olives, but there are not even olives for breakfast.

Clean, comfortable and very organized! Staff is very attentive! June weather is hot and not very crowdy so it was a nice getaway! Beach is pebbly with crystal clear water!

No coffee or tea in the room!? There is however complimentary white wine which is nice, but then again I think coffee/tea is a must!

Nice design, confortable matress, the quiet of the place, the spotless cleaning, the garden&pool&beach, the customer orientated staff.

Very modern boutique hotel!! Liked the design, the peacefull atmosphere and the location.There is a private beach with free beach chairs, Sap rental and a beach bar with great cocktails.

The biggest problen of this place are disturbing cats in the restaurant. They are very annoying and we couldn't eat comfortably. They even go on tables sometimes. Breakfast is not a buffet. It is full of sweet patisseries and generally lack of healthy food.Not all staff are friendly, proffesional and patient.

Location is fantastic, on the beautiful beach just easy walking distance to Chanioty or Polichrono.Breakfast was excellent, hotel restaurant is one of the best in area.Beach is so nice, equipped well and charming.

Just nets on windows should be installed and also possibility to switch off terrace light from the room.
