The staff was very helpful ,we requested certain hours for cleaning and they help us The food ,even if it was the same everyday, you have from where to choose

The fact that we paid for garden view and we received pool view,which during the day was a bit loud since we traveled with our little one that was a disadvantage The opening pool hours , from 11-19 The fact that the people reserved sunbed on the pool very early in the morning, we wake up around 7 30 the most of the sunbeds were "aleady occupied " with towels

The breakfast was delicious. The location is in the heart of Hanioti and 50m from the beach but that is nothing you can not handle it.

Parking space is out of private hotel's parking.

Location - a bit far from the main walking area (although, if you want a quiet place, this is it). When I say a bit far, it means 7-10 minutes away, so not a real problem :).

It was clean, the room was spacious with a terrace with garden view. The staff was nice. The distance to the beach is very short. Close to the hotel there are a lot of great restaurants.

Loved the location, spacious and clean rooms. Was amazing to come back every day to a cleaned room. Good breakfast, same daily, but diversed enough to have something different each day. Nice pool, although the water was cold and not too many sunbeds to be enough for everyone. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

The smell in the room, although it was cleaned daily it had a damp smell.Although the rooms are advertised as soundproof, they aren't. Our room was pointing to the breakfast area, and there was a lot of noise coming from the hallways, from the garbage truck every morning, from people speaking loudly in the garden... don't even want to think what the noise is in the rooms facing the pool...

Nice clean quiet location with restaurant. It is located near the beach, about 5 minutes, close to Hanioti where there are many shops and terraces.

Very nice and clean suite, good breakfast and great pool area. Also great location near the main square.

No elevator as it's only two floors.

Staff was very friendly, always helpful and smiling. Rooms and pool were very clean, they were changing towels and cleaning on daily basis . Really big plus!

Very bad internet connection, not working 80% of time. Breakfast was OK-ish but could offer a bit of diversity and more drinks (fresh juices, yoghurt etc).

Pool hours (11:00 - 19:00) is too short, breakfast can be more delicious, There could be more variety of foods, wifi connection is poor

Clean room and the staff was responsive to our needs.

The breakfast: there is a lot of pastry. The coffee is more water than coffee and the same with the juice, 1/3 juice and the rest is water. Also the glaces used in the breakfast area look really bad. The pool: the fact that it is closing at 7PM and the “lifeguard” starts to put a chain around the pool 10 minutes before closing time.

Location good, breakfast 7 days the same, nothing special, need 15 minutes to change empthy Plate with Food.

Stuff didn’t give us Keys of parking AND until last day we didn’t know for the parking of hotel, they told me to park near hotel on street

The breakfast is good, the rooms are cleaned every day. The AC works fine, and it's a must during these hot days. There are options, but the coffee needs improvement, which is not good at all. You also have the pool available if you're tired of going to the sea.

Modern and stylish small hotel within walking distance to the center of Chanioti and the city beach. The breakfast was nice, with variety of things to choose from. We liked the Greek cheese pie and spinach one. The pool area is also nice and relaxing. The property is clean including the rooms.

The stuff was really friendly, good location, clean rooms and hotel in generaly.

Wa reserved a double bed, but we got something like two single beds pushed together, which spoiled overal impression, because they kept separeting, and therefore it was inconvenient to sleep. Also breakfast cold be better.

Staff were great & always smiling. Rooms & facilities modern & always clean. Breakfast was great. Nice pool with a sweet bar. In short, WONDERFUL.

Staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Room was spotless everyday and the pool area was always kept really clean. Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Staff we happy to book us taxi's to visit other beaches in the area and also gave us great recommendations. Hotel was nice and quiet in the evening, bed was nice and big and comfortable.

No tea & coffee provided in the room, unlike a lot of other b&b hotels. The pool bar was expensive in comparison to restaurants and bars in the local area.
