Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort

Breakfast was awesome, lots of choices and the staff was amazing. The amenities were great and it’s a good location.

I think the price for the room was a little pricey ($800/night), maybe around $500/night would have been more reasonable and we would have stayed longer.

We stayed at Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort as part of our honeymoon trip, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel itself is stunning, but what made our stay extra special was the unexpected surprise: they upgraded us to a beautiful room with its own private pool and included spa passes for our stay.In our room, we were welcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine and a lovely treat platter, which was such a thoughtful touch. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel genuinely welcome. It provided the perfect, relaxing holiday feeling we were looking for. We highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a touch of luxury and peace!

The pools, the spa, breakfast, the view were very nice.Also the staff very polite and helpful.

The minibar fridge did not cool the drinks enough.The mattress was kind of uncomfortable.Also the shower was leaking.But overall it was ok.

We had to go outside the resort to eat because we only had sports clothes. See the photo.

*Disappointing Experience at Miraggio My recent stay at Miraggio was a letdown. The room had ants, and the hotel's solution was to use harsh chemicals that could be harmful to kids. This raised serious concerns about the hotel's pest control methods.- *Overpriced*: The hotel was expensive, and they charged extra for almost everything, making it feel like they were nickel-and-diming guests.- *Remote location*: The hotel was far from town, making it inconvenient to explore local attractions.- *Limited dining options*: The food was repetitive, and the quality was subpar. Same dishes were served every day, which got old quickly.*Overall Experience*Considering the high prices and numerous issues, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others. The poor service, lack of attention to guest concerns, and overpricing made for a disappointing stay.

This is our second time staying at this resort for our family holidays, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. Both our kids and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. There are plenty of activities for all ages. We especially loved the kids’ club and the children’s shows, which were a big hit with our little ones. The restaurants, pools, and entertainment options, including music and dance shows were all fantastic. The staff deserves special mention: they are truly exceptional so kind, friendly, and always ready to help. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!

There are quite a few additional costs, so we ended up spending more than we had initially budgeted. However. the overall service was very good, and the staff were consistently helpful and accommodating.We did notice many ants in our room and a number of wasps near the beach and around certain restaurants. However, the resort is surrounded by beautiful nature, so some insects are probably to be expected. Once we raised the issue, the staff responded promptly and took action to control the situation. They were very apologetic and tried their best to improve things.

That is well designed not to crowded, sea is close enough, it’s clean , everything was Perfect

Didn’t like that guest with babies were changing diapers next to you head, I think this should be enforced not to happen they have toilets close to pool and beach so I would recommend to make this rule.

Nice location, very nice adult termal salt pool, good food.

Ugly smell in the room coming from shower drain. We didn’t expect so much small children! Not recommended for a relaxing couple holiday!

The beach was nice, but the pools were definitely the highlight, filled with seawater, which made the experience even better. The breakfast was incredible with a wide variety of delicious options. The room was also very comfortable and nicely maintained.

I had a few situational issues with the room, but nothing that ruined the overall experience.

For the price the room is, it doesn't even offer 30%.Service so slowly,especially in beach and pool ,I wait 20 min for a beer, food not quality (even though it's very expensive),especially restorant Portofino ,we eat two dinner but food not quality,beach with stone , There were many, many disgusting flies and kitten

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Our rooms were comfortable and clean, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming.A special thank you to the Guest Relations team for their attention to detail and for making our experience even more memorable. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of offering us a complimentary dinner, which was delicious and very well organized.Everything was just as we hoped, relaxing, smooth, and enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to return!

The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the number of mosquitos in the evening, which made it a bit uncomfortable to stay outside at night. Hopefully, something can be done about that in the future.

The room was excellent and the resort was so convenient. It was a super comfortable vacation. For sure we will visit again

The coffee service should be self service in the mail restaurant because the service is too slow anyone who has his second cup of coffee should be very lucky

Everything was amazing and we loved it. The staff are phenomenal. Everybody’s so helpful and they’re so welcoming. It did not only meet our expectations, but it exceeded the expectations.

Breakfast requires slightly faster service, especially during rush hour, where almost half of the things in the buffet were missing from omelettes to cheese to fruits two glasses for drinks and water .

Our stay at Miraggio was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay.The resort itself is stunning: beautifully maintained grounds, luxurious rooms, and a wide range of amenities that cater to relaxation and adventure alike. The food was delicious, with a variety of fresh options.Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a truly memorable and relaxing getaway. We will definitely be back!

everything was fine, except:

The beach was disappointing, there were too many rocks and the water was too deep. The food in the buffet restaurant wasn't as amazing as we expected for the price and the restaurant floor was constantly dirty with the cleaning staff having difficulty keeping up. The cocktails and water (4euro for 1L) were way too expensive.The spa entrance not being included in the price was disappointing, the water in the spa pools was way colder than advertised, and being able to order drinks in the spa area would have been nice. The outdoor pools could have been hotter as well.

I spent 6 nights at Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort, and it was an amazing experience! From start to finish, everything was flawless. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views, and the facilities are of the highest standard.Our room was very comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was spectacular and provided us with unique moments of relaxation. The spa is absolutely exceptional, offering a variety of treatments and pools, perfect for complete disconnection.The staff was always friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome at all times. The food was also delicious, with a variety of options to suit all tastes.In conclusion, we had a dream vacation at Miraggio, and we will definitely return! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing experience with excellent services.

It is a fantastic hotel with all the facilities you would ever need. It has its own beach, marina and several pools that are using sea water which is great. The rooms are big with enough space for your luggage. The view from the rooms was superb.

The Tornero restaurant didn’t work. The breakfast was far from 5 stars.
