Everything was exellent ,the hospitality of the reception , the service of the waiters, the cleaning etc.. Everything was in its place . It was a total peace and relaxation for us . The food was also very good . We are experts in tourism and we know this work and the difficulties this sector has very well, so we appreciate their work even more. Good luck.

The venue is quiet, with lot of greenery, great spa and other facilities, waterpark ,we couldn’t use it due to the weather was a bit cold. We will return back for sure at summer time.

The location is unique, the sea is amazing and the food was also great !! It is a very luxury hotel with many spots to relax either on your own or with your family. It was truly amazing.

The place is beautiful! Quiet and relaxing atmosphere, our room was beautifully designed , food was excellent with lots of choices, fresh. Nice views and very friendly,wonderful staff.

Great location, hotel’s interior design just perfect, pools, spacious sunlounging area. Buffets varies and all goods from hot dishes , fruits, pastries were fresh and delicious. Nice , clean ,comfortable room well equipped.Overall a good experience.

The facilities were good and the meals had a good variety. The room was very spacious.

The resort is isolated.The gym is too small and although it's "all included", some things were not included in the "all included" because we booked via booking.com (like using the hot pools).The room had many minor architectural errors, as small things were not completed, or holes that were visible in the rooms here and there. It seems like a lot of effort went into building the place, but small details were left out.We don't know if it was because we ended up being there at the end of the season, but there were no activities for the guests. It felt like the place was deserted, It felt boring.

You need to wait for the bugy 20-25 min also they are not professional in the servise the food sometimes was been goos sometimes very bad

The family room was enormous.

Dirty, low quality food in the buffet restaurant, 4 out of 5 times there were no towels in either the pools or the beach (the staff said it will be available in one hour. Seriously?) . The beach is dirty, badly accessible (broken stairs, broken wooden path) and full of cigarette trash. 2 times the cleaning lady just burst into our room at 09:30 AM, while we were in the room!!!The room's main door is the cheapest I've seen, noise isolation does not exist and it's facing the main hall's fountain.The bathtub sinkhole was broken so we couldn't empty it. The elevator was super dirty and hadn't been cleaned in 4 days. The way from the elevators to the dining hall goes through what was once the staff only corridor so it's actually the entrance to the garbage and laundry rooms so you get the nice smell of garbage every time you go to eat. I haven't seen a cleaner anywhere in 4 days.Wanna go to the swimming pool and you're with a baby stroller? Great, you either go down a 25 degree descent or 20+ stairs, no other way. Would not recommend and definitely won't come back.
