Plaza Hotel

It was close to the beach, that was the only think which was good. The beach is with rocks and it is very small, on 20km you have very good beaches with sand i recommend them. Water in the sea is clean though.

I don't know who gave this hotel 4 stars there was no lift and we were on the 3rd floor. In the room there wasn't hair dryer i don't know other hotel with 4 stars that doesn't have a hairdryer in the room. The staff very rude and unpolite.Always rolling eyes if you ask anything and if you don't understand them. There is no reception, you go in the cafe bar on the first floor, so much for a hotel with 4 stars. You talk with the bartender for the room. Completely unprofessional and rude person.There vas a cleaner she came 2 times and cleaned our room she was good. The toilet smells really bad if you don't close the door its hard to breathe. The weather wasn't good so we were mostly in the room and it was awful smell. The bedsheets smelled good but the mattress was with very very bad smell as if they were soaked in rain and got dry. The room is small and doesn't have even a boiler to make a simple coffee. Don't go there. Not worth for the money and doesn't look like hotel at all!

We don't have breakfast, but we have dinner and it was very good. The room was good but very small. The beach is very close but with more stones and less sands.

I have no complaints only that we waited a bit to get the room.

The staff were extremely rude, we have never been treated like this before. I went to order coffee from the bar and a blond middle-aged woman shouted at me as I was trying to order coffee with milk, she was also there when i was checking out and made a shoo gesture when I gave her the keys, no hello or goodbye Our room was terrible, very long corridor and the bed in a tiny corner. The sheets smelled awful, the bed mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. We asked to change the room and were constantly asked to come back later. We didnt get a new room. The water pressure was very week in the afternoons and we could barely take showers (we were on second floor). It was very noisy!! The room was above the bar and the music was very loud until 3am every night.

The hotel is old, the rooms are clean,everyday lafy was cleaning, but the beds and pillows are old, smelling bad. I was sleeping on my sheets and pillows.

The hotel is in the perfect location the beach is there the restaurants is there.The windows are very isolated you can't hear any noise from outside. The clima is perfect cool.I recommend 100%

EVERY SINGLE DAY a lady came and cleaned the room. NEW TOWELS, NEW SHEETS, PERFECTLY clean and tidy service. ABSOLUTELY TOP LEVEN CLEANLINESS AND SERVICE. THE CLEANING MAIDS ARE EXCELLENT! ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT!

Beds are shockingly uncomfortable PARKING CAN BE A NIGHTMARE in Hanioti, but it is understandable.

Amazing location with sea view and all shops and restaurants 2 min walk. The room was very clean too and the guys at the cafe downstairs very helpful.

Its hot when air con is not on, its hot in night, because its so close to center- motorcycles are "screaming" all the time especially in the eveng and night, sometimes you just cant sleep

The room is to small, very hard to pass near the bad. The furniture is from the begining. Some water are goes from ac internal unit. The badroom very tiny and the shower cordon was borken. The hosts doesn't speak english.

Hotel location cant be better, just in front of the park and beach. Hotel has really nice restaurant (terrace is great) with chilling music, great for relaxation during the sunset, great cocktails and must say exceptional, polite staff. (In the restaurant especially a guy with longer hair sorry cant remember his name; in hotel really everyone).

There is no elevator, but there is not much to do about it. (Maybe the owner will find the way to fix it)When we booked the hotel we were aware of this, we informed them that we will be coming with our 5 months old twins and they promised to assign us the room on the lowest (first) floor.- I have read a lot of people are complaining about the loud music. There is music but when we close the terrace door (first floor) it is not a big deal (not even to disturb babies), not sure if it is same like that in high season.

Don't go in winter.The climate is not warm, there is no hot water.A disaster.

The drainage in the toilet was very bad. The toilet was floaded all rhe time.

Location is top. Its clean. Staff is friendly.

It's noisy from the bars in front the hotel.

The cleaners came every day to clean the room and change the sheets and towels.
