Lovely stay at a decent hotel, rooms were mostly clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was okay.

Wish they offered more than a buffet for dinner service. Also pre order taxi's a day before as buses are not reliable

We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded! The staff were really helpful and the views were stunning! Very central location as well. Loved it

The shower drain clogged, but staff addressed it immediately when notified.

The room smelled like sewage for 2 days. After the first day the reception said that you are fully booked and they can only solve this the next day (when we departed).The WiFi didn’t work all days in the room.Besides the room doors are not soundproof at all and we woke up late at night and early mornings through other guests.We expected a 4* experience and had a horrible one!!!

Room wasn't clean good , very old facilities, there was no strong flow in bathroom, wi-fi there was no signal in room only in common area, we got just one room key , so we don't keep our room cool with ac on by day .

Absolutely beautiful and stunning scenery Staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved every minute of the stay. Facilities were great.

No complaints, just wish we can come back again.

The breakfast was gorgeous and there was a wide variety of foods to choose from, the location was beautiful and the hotel had lots of facilities such as restaurants, a bar, a rooftop pool and bar and it was overall very enjoyable.

My only complaint would be that the wifi and connection was terrible in the rooms, but somehow better on the rooftop pool, other than that, everything was perfect

The location of the hotel was perfect and the view from our room was wonderful. Also the size of the room was nice. There are two pools - one main and one on the rooftop which was great.

The breakfast - plenty of variety but not good quality and not tasty. It wasn't very clean. It was very noisy, you can hear everyone in the corridor and most of the people in the other rooms. The toilet got stuck all the time, the toilet brush was broken. The shower was barely pouring water. The bed was very uncomfortable, like hard. Also the AC was very old and loud. The elevator was so small that two people can fit only if they are very tiny and without luggage. The building is very old. The staff was inadequate. There was a program every night and the sound was so loud that even with windows closed you can't sleep. Small parking.

Reception moved us to a room with the view - we booked and paid for. Breakfast was excellent.

The missing tiles on the shower floor, the very small shower, and bathroom, in fact the entire place could do with a revamp. The cheap plastic chairs on the balcony - actually would be dangerous to some of the larger men we saw at breakfast. The stairs down to the street are also very dangerous. There is a strong sewerage smell around the pool area. Please, please stop playing Karaoke outside, night after night, keeping people awake or just plain annoying them.

The cleaning woman always entered in our room to clean it without knocking on the door. Every single day she did that. Luckily I was dressed up, but it’s totally not normal to not knock on the door. I ended up putting a chair next to the door so she couldn’t enter. ? Crazy

The location and the view are great! It is clean….but very dated. The beds are extremely firm and only have 1 pillow. We asked for more but didn’t get any. Breakfast is great and varied

Good view, mini market in the hotel building. You can also rent a bike or a car in the hotel. The stuff was helpful 24/7.

There was no aircondition in the breakfast space. At least in the bungalows the cleaning service was made every two days. The water pressure in the shower was a little bit low. It seems like an hotel passing through an economic crisis

Amazing location, plenty of beautiful beaches nearby (the closest was like 200m away from the hotel). 2 pools available which was very convenient. A bus stop right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good and everyone could find something for themselves. Hotel was overall clean and comfy. AC in the room is a big plus and the view from the balcony was nice

One of two single beds was extremely loud, making it hard to fall asleep. Even the smallest movement was causing big noise. There was no soap/shower gel in the shower. Upon our check-in we informed the reception about it and it was refilled by the staff however it was only enough for one shower. Throughout the whole stay not even once was it refilled and we had to buy our own shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast was nice but it lacked some fresh fruit and more traditional options. Also, the cleaning staff rearranged our things while cleaning the room which we were surprised with as it never happened to us before. Personal belongings from night stands were moved to a desk, clothes were put in our luggage or hanged in the closet. I don’t think it should be allowed.

The beds were ok but the pillows were either huge or flat no in between. The view was awesome and is in a good location. Free parking, but if u go out for the whole day there will be no spots left when you get back. Breakfast was amazing! So much to choose from!
