Pros +
- Sitting atop a promontory above the sea, the views were worth the price of admission but when you throw in the service, good hotel food and two distinctively different ocean accesses it was a unique experience. I especially liked the staircase leading down the hillside to the sea on the hotel's backside facing the southern sweep of Corfu's scintillating Western coastline. There are patios carved into the rocks with sunbeds/umbrellas and a rickety metal ladder into the Mediterranean offering some good snorkeling displaying some fish but surreal insight into the geologic underwater sculpture that time and tide has carved.
- Lovely hotel, great breakfast and beautiful pool. Sea views from all rooms . Very nice staff
- The location, the staff, the food, the bar, the beach. The jacuzzi!
Cons -
- The town itself is nothing to speak of as it's culturally a zero attracting too many day trippers who the town caters to with a tacky aquarium etc.
- Didn't like the queuing to use the coffee machines at breakfast , coffee was ok but not great .Could have done with more information re the surrounding area but also regarding what was going on in the hotel
- Access to the beaches could be demanding for elderly and for physically impaired.

The location, the staff, the food, the bar, the beach. The jacuzzi!
Location is excellent. We travelled around the island by car for sight seeing and it is clear that Akrotiri has perhaps the best location on the island that is if you are looking for a quiet and nice place for swimming. It has its own sandy beach on one side and also deep rocky shores on the other. You do not need to pay for the beds at the beach which is a plus.Sea is crystal clear and view is not interrupted by unsightly buildings. We chose the west side and we had a beautiful sea and island view.We did not get the all inclusive option, and tried a few other restaurants nearby. Open buffet is ok but if you stay 10 days it could be boring. The staff were very nice and friendly especially Dimitris was very friendly and helpful. All and all we needed a comfortable and relaxing vacation that is exactly what we had.
Access to the beaches could be demanding for elderly and for physically impaired.
Nice staff, good breakfast, amazing view. There’s good access to the beach and you get discounts for the beach bed as a guest. Water bottles are free and are being refilled daily.
Only one elevator for the entire hotel so you need to wait sometimes. No hair conditioner.
Beautiful location and great amenities. Loved how close the beach was, will be back!
Add usb charges to the rooms please
The room was too small for three adults and the bad was too shoot for me. I talk the hotel staff that the last step to the beach is broken and there is a bout 5 cm nail sticking out and pose a danger for people. Somebody can misstep or have not good vision and damage the feet. Next day I checked on reception and they said that they informed manager. Unfortunately 4 days later the nail was there. This was very concerning to me. I think facility failed to provide safe environment for customers.
Rocky beach was amazing.
Food was mediocre - some over cooked.
Staff, cleanliness,food and beautiful rooms
For the price water bottles should be unlimited in the room. - currently only 2 per day. Gym facilities could be bigger
The service, comfort and especially location and quality of food.
The position of the room was close to what it looked like to be air condition units or other black water tanks that had a very bad smell.
Location, restaurants around , views , amenities
Empty Minibar , no coffee machine in the room , opening hours of the pool (closing too early ) and the gym ( 9 am, opening too late )
Hotel was great, food tastes amazing, staff was helpful. Rooms are cleaned daily, fresh towels every day, even includes beach towels. Also vanity set and toothbrush.
Location was amazing
Terrible WiFi, no WiFi in the gym at all and small gym facility for the size of the hotel.
Our rooms had great views! Loved how we had access to the sandy beach to the north and the little rock beach to the south! The breakfast buffets were wonderful! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The lobby had the most wonderful scent from the moment we walked in the hotel!
Room had a beautiful view, house cleaning took care of the room daily without being asked and restocked everything we needed, the breakfast that was included was very well put together and had everything you could want. Private parking is available, all staff is extremely helpful. The hotel is walkable to a couple of restaurants around the corner.
There was a lot of stairs throughout the whole hotel. The elevators were very slow and one day were being maintained and was not in service. The beach chairs that are advertised online are not part of the hotel but private beach bar. There is also a public beach at the bottom of the hotel, which looks advertised as part of the hotel. There is a lot of traffic coming down the small road to the hotel all day due to the public beach and could be quite a challenge to get in and out with the car.
Rooms were clean, staff was helpful
The breakfast could be better
Simply the most visually stunning location. The pool area is one of the most beautiful we have ever traveled to. The entire staff were the kindest people. Nice selection at breakfast. Family run with pride, rightfully so.
It’s not quite 5 star - mostly visual wear. Single elevator services a large property. Remote.
A resort where you have everything you need, Very nice staff, pool , beach , restaurants. We enjoyed very much . Is the kind of hotel you want to come back !
The location was perfect! Access to great restaurants and attractions within walking distance.
Stiff European mattresses.
The property is in an excellent location with fantastic swimming options and spectacular views. Breakfast was amazing
The gym is basic and small for the number of guests in the hotel. Air conditioner was not working.
