Pros +
- The outdoor was perfect.

- You'll be surprised by the stunning view of the swimming pool. The territory is lovely with olive trees, and the family who runs the business is very welcoming. The room is nice with a great view of the garden and the sea (only the shower cubicle was quite small). The hotel is just a 4-min walk from the beach. Although it is a bit uphill, this is an advantage, as it means there is no noise from the road, and you get the feeling of being in the mountains and far from the town.
Cons -
- The check in guy who is there fromEarly am to 10 pm is terrible. I asked a couple of questions and then he said “do you have another question”. He was a man with 0 personality.

- Ipsos Beach is not the best one in Corfu. It is quite narrow and located close to a busy road. The beach is lined with cafes and restaurants, mostly offering Greek fast food options. For a nicer dining experience, you can take a bus to Corfu Old Town. It takes about 40 min and costs 2.50 euros one way, with buses running every 20 minutes.

The place is beautiful and very relaxing. Two minutes walk from the center street and the beach. Great pool, great breakfast, everything is clean and the stuff was very nice and polight. Great view. Private parking.
The mattress wasn't comfortable at all!!! The shower is small.
Great location and nice facilities
Pool can be noisy with lots of kids, but there is a huge garden to escape all that
Good hotelCleanHelpfull staffNear the hotel there is every thing(resturant, super market, rental car)Free parking in the hotelFood is good.
The bed and the pellow not comfortabel at all ? the shower place bath toooo small and tiny so if you 60kg + no place for you to have a shower. You have to pay 3 € for towel when you go to the pool.
Beautiful grounds, great location, friendly staff
We liked everything
The rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable, the grounds were beautiful, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
We liked everything
We enjoyed our stay but I must say the beds in room 118 were incredibly hard and one made a loud popping noise when getting in or out. The view was very nice from our balcony but the chairs are in dire need of replacement. You should be aware that there are stairs and no elevator as well as a rather high step into the bathroom... A bit of a tripping hazard in the night but we just marked it with a towel at bedtime. The breakfast was amazing and the coffee machine does it right. We would definitely return someday.
I did not like being charged 3 euros extra for use of a pool towel...it seems petty to charge for something that should be standard issue in each room. I understand a charge if towels are lost or if you are at a special venue and don't have a towel...but never in any hotel in the world, have we been charged to use a pool towel at the property. Also the maid threw out some special refillable plastic bottles that were empty but tucked back against the wall, next to the bed. They were not in the trash like the regular soda or water bottles were. However the staff was very good about finding and digging them back out for us, which we greatly appreciated. The other thing that was annoying were the sewer smells coming up in the bathroom and Shower stall is indeed VERY SMALL as mentioned in other reviews, but serviceable if you are an average size person.
A really lovely hotel with a beautiful pool and excellent breakfast buffet. My room was clean and well presented, very comfortable with a lovely balcony and amazing views.
The shower stall was very small, so that could be an issue for some guests. And there is a bit of a hill to walk up from town.
The facilities were very nice. The swimming pool and garden were good to relax. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast had many options.
The shower was too small. Although it was in a quiet area, the room was a bit noisy. We could listen to the noises coming from the other room and corridor.
It was clean, friendly and the rooms were very comfortable. The outside pool area was beautiful
Nothing ?
Pool area was lovely and quiet …very nice not to have loud music all day coming from the bar ..breakfast was excellent and served untill 11am which was fantastic .Room was cleaned daily and no problem getting fresh towels
Hill up to the property is quite steep …could be more variety on the bar menu …also no draught beer available only bottles
Excellent range at breakfast, pool area clean with plenty of beds and fabulous sea and mountain views room serviced every day, lovely sea view from balcony
WiFi not great in our room
Good range of food for breakfast, room roomy and clean (toilet drain was smelly). No Restaurant for dinner was a surprise. Vey little staff interaction, especially during power outage and torrential rainfall. Pool and out facilities were excellent, and the views from the hotel were also great.
No restaurant, poor staff presence.Steep walk up to the hotel.Slightly expensive.
Had a great view of bay from our room. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options each day with a change up in what was offered. Good location to explore the island - we loved Barbati beach and Kamali beach - both easy drives away. Sea was crystal clear and in September the perfect temperature for swimming. Easy walking down to Ypsos strip. Plenty of choice to suit all budgets. G
Bathroom was a little snug and the shower leaked a lot! not a lot of space in there to store any personal items. Ypsos beach (which some say is lovely) is actually terrible - the worlds most skinny beach and full of rubbish.
Very nice and helpful staff. Clean rooms & great pool area
The area, the hotel is very nice, great breakfast and also nice pool area, parking and the staff were very friendly also, thank you
Pillows, bathroom,
Wonderful location, close enough to the strip in the area but secluded enough that it was quieter. Comfy rooms, nice balcony views and amazing buffet style breakfast. Also the nicest hotel pool I have ever seen. Friendly and helpful staff. Good sized car park.
Wifi sometimes dropped out during peak hours.
Staff was very kind, room was always clean and the view was amazing.
