The hotel is very surprising, it looks simple from outside, but once you go in the gardens and the pool area are so beautiful. The staff were extra nice and friendly. We got the best rooms, big and luxurious. We really enjoyed our stay

The bathroom doors don’t have a lock which keeps you a little bit uncomfortable.Some of the bathrooms are too small, especially when the room is so spacious

Location is nice

Premises are a bit old not refreshed or refurbished. Air condition didnt work and I had to change room during my arrival.

The location of this hotel is great. You have got a coffee shop, restaurants, pharmacy and two supermarkets only 2-3 mins away. The beach is less than 5 mins walk away and is not busy. It is beautiful and the beach beds are so affordable. Food at the beach is great too. The hotel staff were so lovely to us they are so polite and friendly. We had no issues we really loved our stay and would definitely recommend this areas to anyone visiting Corfu.

The breakfast menu was rich, with freshly cooked and delicious food. The pool is a little shallow but clean, the garden behind it a real oasis. Above all the staff were wonderful, welcoming and helpful.

The room had the air conditioner located right in front of the bed and I would rather endure the heat than get sick from the cold. The pillows were overstuffed and I had to empty more than half of them in order to sleep comfortably.A daily and unnecessary problem seemed to me to be the lack of shampoo and soap in the bathroom , while there was plenty of body cream or hair masks

Staff attitude is exceptional, room is very clean and tidy. Breakfast is buffet style. I loved the hotel very much.

Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. Restaurant staff ditto - in fact all staff seemed to be positive and friendly. The location is good - just off main road close to beach. 20 min drive to airport. Facilities good - pleasant garden with nicely sized pool. Good gym and spa facilities. Stairs and corridors, communal spaces clean. Breakfast menu OK . Dinner menu limited but tasty. Good (local) wine iist and good selection of beers/spirits. Very comfortable room with aircon, coffee tea facilities, ironing board, good sized bathroom. Secure private parking. Would happily stay again.

Coffee quality poor - machine coffee that was rather unpleasant and best avoided - very good coffee bar next door!!. No oat milk. Breakfast menu could have more berries and assorted nuts. More wholegrain breads please. Dinner menu is limited and a bit short on vegetables. Lift very small if you bring a big suitcase. Outdoor paths should be swept more regularly (fallen fruits and cat poo!)

All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was all very fresh and well made. Room was generally very good. Location to amenities was OK.

Bathroom and shower were quite small. Bar lacked atmosphere (although staff were excellent).

Beautiful property, the building, the rooms and the garden is well maintained. Sparkling clean, stylish. Easy to access the hotel by bus no7 from the town. Delicious breakfast, very-very kind staff! Great spa, try it, you won’t regret.

Nice, spacious clean rooms. Quiet pool area set in nice gardens and plenty of available sun beds. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets and easy to get the bus into corfu town. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The way they received us upon arrival with complementary drinks. Cleaning very well done, daily. Breakfast crue extremely polite and professional, diverst breakfast. Private parking, enough room for all the cars. Lots of facilities like pool and spa but we didn't try them. Beautiful garden with sunbeds.

Beautifully decorated hotel with high standard and thought put into the fixtures and fittings. Everything you could possibly want is catered for. Comfy bed, good air con, spacious bathroom, and a hotel that provides not just water glasses but Prosecco and Wine glasses is showing attention to detail and interest in your comfort. Could not find fault Also the hotel provides a lot of special personal touches. Like when you arrive you’re asked to sit down and enjoy a welcome drink on the house. A staff member then joins you and explains all the options while you’re sitting in a lovely relaxed vibe. Only after that do you go to desk to go through final check in but they’ve already done the hard work before then. Jack was assigned to me as the person I would go to for any assistance/ guidance during my stay. My original intention for my stay changed hugely as Jack gave me options I just would never have explored on my own. As a solo traveller I am grateful for that. I loved my stay. I didn’t get to spend much time at the hotel but that is not a reflection on the hotel more that Corfu is a beautiful place to explore and I tried to for a lot in. Also I am a coeliac and the Nokos and the staff in the restaurant were amazing to check in on me and make sure I was well looked after. I wish I could have stayed longer. In fact I tried to change my flights. ?

I didn’t love the noise from the road when eating breakfast outside but I’m just being picky at this stage

The staff is absolutely amazing. The attitude and dedication of the fine ladies at the reception, the restaurant manager and the waiting personnel (always jolly and considerate, you'd not feel abandoned))), and the cleaning personnel is unmatched. The hotel itself is small and cozy. The pool area is extended with a grass area and own orcbard with pomegranate and persimmon trees. Lots of birds, and lizards, and butterflies, and cats. The perfect place if you're seeking a quiet retreat with most helpful, English speaking professionals. The room cleaning is fantastic. The people working here are top professionals. We loved every day of our stay.
