Location is excellent

Great location, right on the one of the best beaches on Corfu. Cleaning ladies are amazing, everyday they make sure everything on spot on. Hosts are great, super friendly and helpful. You have everything you need.

Facilities can be more modern and better equipped, however you have everything you need.

Location, the views, the owners. Made to feel very welcome. We were invited to a free private barbecue which was lovely as we mixed with other guests. Lovely and quiet round the pool.Traditional Greek accommodation, so if your looking for modern, perfect grouting, perfect decoration this would not be for you. The beds were clean and towels, rooms cleaned 6 days a week to us just perfect, very peaceful and relaxing.

The welcome. The proximity to the beach and town centre.Room cleaned every day with fresh towels. The safe in the room was free to use. I would recommend this hotel if you just need a base to explore from. Somewhere clean and friendly to come home to from the beach or perhaps travelling around CorfuI think the general area is geared towards couples or small groups of couples .

The telly didn’t work in the room, but to be fair we weren’t bothered about that. I’m sure if I had mentioned it to the staff they would have fixed it

Location superb , with breathtaking sunset and sunrise views across the sea. A short stroll into the area of restaurants and bars which were very low key in September/october when we visited.the owner and his wife could not have been more welcoming or helpful and the most lovely people you could meet . Maid service was frequent and very efficient .priced very competitively compared to other similar properties .

We stayed in the block that is waiting on renovation , and so the rooms were a little dated but still adequate . The main block has been renovated and the rooms look excellent , all in all still very hard to fault the property as the price reflects the older block and if we visited again would attempt to book the newer block.im sure once all are renovated the prices will double as the full apartments and amenities are worth the extra.

Exactly as advertised, lovely owner/manager, very helpful. The room was spotless, the location is perfect, no frills, no fuss-lovely place.

Location, Javor the caretaker was friendly and helpful.Messages to Sun Sea View where answered very quickly.

Facilities on Booking.Com where not accurate, no kettle, no hairdryer, no cutlery, no cups, no drinking glasses, no restaurant open on site. Javor supplied odd items the following day.Javor was only there from around 9.30 am to 6.30 pm no other staff on site except cleaning lady.We arrived at 10.30 pm in darkness, no one there, did not know room number, luckily taxi driver contacted resort for room number, not a good start.Everyone we spoke to where complaining but Javor did his best to help where he could.

I loved everything about the accomodation. The location and owners were the best I've met. The cleaner brushed and mopped the room and balcony every day including cleaning the sink, taps and toilet. The bed linen and towels were changed every 3 days. Had such a good time I extended my 10 days stay for a further 7 days. Will book for next year before I leave. That says a lot! Well done Yavor and Aphrodite. With some refurbishment this will soon become the place to be. Thank you. Clare

No kitchen facilities to warm or cook any food not even a piece of toast. When booked it was described as having a kitchenette but there was only a kettle and a fridge.

Amazing views. Comfortable clean beds. Very effective air conditioning.

Advertised as self catering but the only kitchen facilities the accommodation had was a fridge.

The location of apartments is brilliant. 2 minutes from beach & town. Excellent pool.

The description on the website of facilities at the apartments is very deceiving. There are NO self catering facilities at all. They have been removed. Some rooms have a kitchen sink, but not all of them. There's a fridge & Lavor,who runs the place single handedly, will provide a kettle & cups. You can ask for other crockery, too, to use for take aways, but our room had no kitchen sink ,so nowhere to wash up except the bathroom hand basin.There was no shower screen between the toilet & shower in our room, so the bathroon was flooded after every shower.There is no food at all, at the on-sight bar, despite pictures & reviews on the website. There's beer & some dodgy looking spirits available.The towels & bedding are changed every 3 days, but beds made up & floor mopped daily. The bathroom wasn't cleaned once during our stay & no facilities to clean or sweep through y'self, though we got antibacterial spray ourselves to ensure good hygiene. Having stayed at these apartments years ago,under different management, it was a shock to find them as they are now. Cheap & not cheerful!!

Fantastic location, great views, friendly staff. We hired a car from the airport and travelled around to see the North of the Island. Really easy and recommended.

The apartment had no kitchen facilities apart from a fridge, kettle, two cups, two glasses and a teaspoon. No plates, cutlery or means of heating food.

The WiFi connection was a bit weak in some areas but it can be improved. Anyway it wasn't a big deal.?

Amazing views from the property, great pool.and bar area. Rooms are very roomy. Staff are excellent. Great quite location but only a 2/3 minute walk into the village where there are plenty of bars and restaurants.

Everyone was helpful and lovely. Kind and thoughtful. Clean and tidy. Great location right by the sea. Our other choice would have been a big climb home every night and not for the faint hearted.

The weather!! Stormy September but I believe it is unusual.

The place is close (3-4 min walk) to the beach. The staff is really friendly. They arranged for us a taxi and were open when we needed something. The balcony had a beautiful sea view. The room was cleaned everyday.

Some facilities may need improvement and maybe some cups/glasses in the room. Although we knew we could ask some from the bar.

Perfect location, friendly owners and staff. Lovely view and a nice pool.
